The flower show was so beautiful! Very clean set up!
We go to the Philadelphia Flower Show every year. The facility is well run; my only complaint is the local traffic, but that's hardly their fault.
Great place for medium to large conventions. It's proximity to many other Philly attractions and transportation networks makes it an easy choice.
Beautiful facility. If you're here for an event, make sure you pick up a map, because the place is huge!
Been for the car show and the flower show. Usually very crowded, but good venue for these types of things.
This place is huge. They hold many different events here. Corporate events, Political conventions, Public Conventions like the Villain Arts Tattoo show, the Philadelphia Flower show, Comic-con, and currently the Philadelphia Auto show. It's easily accessible via public transportation. Your right in the heart of Center City. There are plenty of hotels and restaurants close by. Including the world famous, Reading Terminal Market.
Nice big car show to walk around at and burn calories. We go every year and will go again.
Sleeping under the convention center was not my idea of fun
Philadelphia Flower Show was very nice and it was an enjoyable afternoon.
Specific to the car show, I was expecting bigger and better but the time with my Dad is really what it was about! The convention center was clean and spacious. Only downfall was no snakes or food were available except popcorn outside of the showroom and beer inside of the showroom!
Older facility with terrible custodial and maintenance practices. In the four days here the bathrooms were consistently nasty with missing toilet paper dispensers, paper towels were just rolls sitting on the counter, always wet. Lighting in halls is very old school style and weak. parking is expensive and limited. Food in the center is non-existent. Nearby restaurants are good.
Great location. However, the nearby parking was more expensive than I suspected. I suggest using mass transit to access this location.
The flower show wasn't something I would expect the boo to but I went to it wasn't bad. A lot of nice looking arrangements and flower setups.... but if you don't like big crowds people bumping into you I mean I'm 6-3 and about five different people bump into me don't go..... you will get annoyed with trying to take pictures and having people walk in front of you not caring families stopping in front of you to take group photos not caring so just have patience if you go...
Went there for a beer festival. What a great venue for that. There was plenty of space so you didn't feel crowded. Two stages for entertainment and plenty of beer.
Nicely laid out. Easy to navigate. The staff we encountered were nice. It has great eating and dining options nearby. It's not far from many of the hotels and such in the area either.
This is a great place for shows and entertainment ex. Philadelphia Flower Show , Car Show ect .
Auto show was very disappointing after years of ups and downs, this was a down year
Great shows. Men and women setting up do a great job for vendors.
Great time at the auto show. The layout was great, easy to find your favorite brand, I'm partial to Infiniti. Nice concession layout as well. Great event
Venues and shows are always great. The prices for food and beverages are outrageous. I recommend eating at the Reading Terminal where there's better food options and reasonable prices.
Oh... the surroundings are awful! The streets that are passing under are full of homeless and very stinky!
The center is large and can be a bit tricky to navigate at first as the signage is a bit lacking. There are next to no plugs, so make sure your devices are charged if you are there for a conference. Finally, there are few water fountains, so bring a bottle and be ready to wait a bit to refill.
Always a wonderful experience attending the Flower Show. The Philadelphia Convention Center continues to provide an interesting array of subjects for the family.
Great place for large venues..this year flower show was a disappointing affair
Awesome show yet again. The Philadelphia auto show is in the city. Food is a little high but its expected at events like this. Everyone was enjoying themselves. No problems to speak of. Cant wait til next year.
Lovely staff helped make the conference a good experience
Needs to upgrade electrical charging plugs to accommodate url and cell phone charges
It's always fun down here. The car shows are amazing, the comic conventions are always fun, but I have yet to go to the flower show which I hear it's amazing within itself. Parking almost every where. Easy to get to by public transportation!
Excellent, great environment, parking is expensive though.
We went to the flower show and it was amazing. That convention center is huge
Love working this venue for Beerfest. Staff is on top of what we need and on top of keeping everything good to go.
Went to the Philadelphia Flower Show. It was so crowded it wasn't very pleasant. We had to wait in lines to see displays, and then all of the extra activities cost even more money.
Went to a high school fair for my son and it was very organized
Went there for the Philadelphia Auto show. The Convention center is it get to from I-95 parking is available all around the center. Everyone was very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Had a great experience!
Is a great place to do business. However if you are exhibitor a perfect monopoly of service mob style call Freeman is the most outrages prices and horrible customer service.
Flower Show was beautiful. Way too crowded for anything!
Don't go as much as I used to but they do a great job with the annual flower show. They have made big improvements getting people to and back from the event.
Love going to the car show. This year however, there were less NEW sports cars and more open spaces.
I think this year was real good, because they had the Cadillac. And I love Cadillac. But the Chevrolet was great too. I give the car show a 10.
To many homeless! Smell of urine is overpowering!! Drug use in open!! Very disappointed in Convention Center and Phila!!!!
It's a nice-ish convention center as far as centers go. Staff are friendly. The bathrooms are clean but the ones on the terrace floor had issues. They all had several paper towel dispensers that didn't work and a few faucets that the sensors didn't work on. The coffee tasted like **** but maybe that was the fault of the event holders?
Great convention center. Went for Netroots Nation.
Friendly staff, ample parking lots (pricey), with even some free street parking gems if you know your way around.
Well laid out. Try a pre paid parking online reservation colony first.
This humoungous multi block long complex hosts many diffrent conventions year round including the international auto show and flower show. It is connected to the reading terminal building and has many meeting rooms throughout. They have elevators and escalators to get to the diffrent areas of the convention center. The place is kept clean and all buses and trains are nearby.
Not a very nice staff except for the janitors. Nothing is included, you have to pay for the wifi. Very expensive wifi. The room and the bed are old and need to be refreshed.
Great place to host massive conferences and in addition, the academy of fine arts is right opposite for enthusiasts.
Wonderful and spacious convention center! Awsome place right in middle of city! So much to do and great places to eat! Best foods
Humoungous centre. Situated in the heart of the Philly city. All amenities available within reachable distance
Visited the car show. Well marked as far as signs telling you where to go.
Went to wizard world Comic con had a great time cant wait till next years
Having to wait for the Union to do the work slows setup/teardown.
Giant location for huge events. Lots of staff present. Security is abundant but very easy to outsmart. I found the men s bathrooms to be always very low on hand soap. One sink out of 6 would actually have soap in the dispenser. Otherwise a very clean environment. Outside is a whole other story. Be aware of shady characters abundant on the surrounding streets.
Loved it. All the flowers, plants crafts, and accessories.
My father and I go to every car show here ever since I was 5 or 6. We always have a great time!. The place was more in its heyday after it was built in its current location, since then the convention center has not had as much money come into it. But, there is still art exhibited there from years back that has stayed there, and is very cool to check out inbetween whatever show you may be going to see.
Definitely skip any food stands in the building itself though, and go around the block to the Reading Terminal Market! Tons of amazing food, snacks, delicacies and homemade things.
Great large space to accommodate a huge conference. The Wi-Fi has not been the most reliable though.
