If you want to break all forms of communication, friendship, respect and trust between parents then hire Pennine Law. They possess no professionalism, tact or sophistication - I witnessed one of their 'barristers' in court this week and she basically bullied, intimidated and lied her way through the hearing - she made up disgusting lies and accusations that her client had not said and did not instruct her to say, she basically acted like a sociopath to get her outcome, but the repercussions are extremely damaging and now thanks to her there is no hope left for the parents to have any form of friendship, which is a huge shame. You can get the results you want in better ways, without causing absolute carnage. Spend your time and money elsewhere and maintain positive relationships between parents.

Competent but oh-so-slow!

When my solicitor was on holiday and my time-pressured house sale was handed to another solicitor, I phoned up to ask how things were progressing.

All I got from the replacement solicitor was a long-winded whine about his foot operation before he hung up the phone.

If you don t mind things taking forever and a terse phone manner, use these guys. I guess I ll find out if they got everything correct when it comes to selling this place...
