When my solicitor was on holiday and my time-pressured house sale was handed to another solicitor, I phoned up to ask how things were progressing.

All I got from the replacement solicitor was a long-winded whine about his foot operation before he hung up the phone.

If you don t mind things taking forever and a terse phone manner, use these guys. I guess I ll find out if they got everything correct when it comes to selling this place...
