I ordered a Championship banner but was instead shipped a camp flag. The camp flag retails for $60; the championship banner is $150. I emailed and called/left messages; however, once they have their money, you will never hear from them again. This is unprofessional service for a product that is, at best, average.

I was in town for 1 day and purchased a size S t-shirt. Upon returning home (in California), I realized it was too small.
I emailed them about a size exchange and Justin was super helpful in working with me on getting a replacement! Would recommend this shop to anyone in Buffalo! Love the vintage design of the pennants and their T-shirts and their customer service is outstanding!
