Hi..my sister is currently in your hospital. Her doctor is Jessica Harry and someone needs to take her license away. My sister has gotten worse in her care. She is refusing to give my sister the care she needs. The nurse can tell there's something wrong with my sister and keeps telling Jessica something needs to be done but she won't do anything. If my sister is discharged and something happens to her I just want the whole world to know that it's Jessica Harry's fault and it happened at this hospital. My sister and her fiance have asked Jessica multiple times to speak to someone higher up and she's refusing to give them that info. I tried to call the hospital to speak to someone but they were not helpful..so I'm hoping the right person sees this and reaches out.

I recommend any other place for medical care and service. The staff lacks empathy and compassion. Moreover, the place is filthy. I witnessed an individual ask a staff member where another restroom may be located. The one in the ER waiting area is nasty. We came in due to severe abdominal pain and vomiting. We have been left in the waiting area for over 4 hours now with a bucket.
I can t help sitting here reflecting on what this place once was and what it has become. It certainly isn t for the better. I had spoken with a hospital administrator 4 months ago as I was less than impressed then. Nothing has changed. In the future I will seek out another alternative and start looking for new doctors that conduct their practice at a better establishment.

Some psycho that volunteers there his real name is ____ by goes by another name said the tour was mandatory. IT WAS NOT. I was about to get massive surgery and this horrible human was messing with me because it benefited him. THIS WHOLE FACILITY IS WORTHLESS. Go to JEFFERSON HEALTH, their approach at Jefferson is competent and compassionate.

Most inhospitable hospital . You re a customer not a patient. They separate customers based on insurance. Not good for continuity of care. Time to upgrade facilities. Children s nicu being used by adults. Skilled surgeons wasting their talent to get research funding for there other interests and publishing articles. If you can go elsewhere.. go

Used to love this hospital but now the nurses are rude and are unwilling to do their job. Allowing some people to bring in children and others are not. I think Harrisburg is run better.

Very much the worst experience I've had at any hospital, and it wasn't even for me.

They lost my mother during arrival from the ambulance. They processed her as a male under another name I've never heard and treated her as such. They forced her to stand and walk even though she pleaded she couldn't all the while soiling her self and crying of pain. They insulted her when she kept advising she couldn't move. The list goes on.

It wouldn't be a surprise if they get daily malpractice suits.

Very disrespectful place. No empathy for patients.

Older, but mostly renovated facility, however, what makes this hospital such an awful experience is the staff. The doctors I met seemed to never introduce themselves or explain themselves and their process. I had to pry out of them the information I was looking for, because I went to this hospital for a second opinion on blood clots.

Many of the nurses were quite pleasant, however I seemed to get a few of the miserable bad apples. There were a few awful other nurses but the kind hearted nurses are the only reason they get an extra star. Thank you to the extremely kind nurses being a shining star of the hospital and facilities around the world!!!

Beyond that, it is a teaching hospital - which is understandable - but the patients should still be cared for in a timely and professional manner. I have nothing against the nurses being trained but there was clear neglect of patients in need being scolded because the nurse may be having a conversation that didn t amount to be training or teaching at all.

This, two stars. I have been here before and I am describing one instance but I have had this same experience every time. It is unfortunate. If given the choice I would go elsewhere.

We were in Hershey on vacation and my daughter went into preterm labor and was brought to Hershey medical center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hospital is very clean and beautiful. I would definitely choose this hospital if ever needed when back in the area. I would like to thank the nurses and doctors in labor and delivery for taking excellent care of my daughter threw this difficult time.

Just had an experience in surgical specialists with the tone of a faculty/receptionist person. Her tone of speech along with her demeanor needs to change. She is training people?

Been here 7 hours with a head injury and still have not been seen!
