I recommend any other place for medical care and service. The staff lacks empathy and compassion. Moreover, the place is filthy. I witnessed an individual ask a staff member where another restroom may be located. The one in the ER waiting area is nasty. We came in due to severe abdominal pain and vomiting. We have been left in the waiting area for over 4 hours now with a bucket.
I can t help sitting here reflecting on what this place once was and what it has become. It certainly isn t for the better. I had spoken with a hospital administrator 4 months ago as I was less than impressed then. Nothing has changed. In the future I will seek out another alternative and start looking for new doctors that conduct their practice at a better establishment.
