Probably one of the worst places I think I've been. They cancelled my therapy with one therapist and sent me to another one after a two month wait. After those two months, I saw another therapist who was just rude and insensitive. The next time I could see this new therapist was a month later and I told him I didn't feel comfortable waiting one month, so he told me to just call 911 or a crisis line then and he hung up on me. If you want to be cared about, just go to Brightside, Indian Creek, or a private practice where people are professional and competent.

This is definitely not a very good option for someone in need of help. They have cancelled my therapy on numerous occasions and left me to suffer for weeks on end before giving me another therapist. They don't have appointments consistently available and have no problem cancelling your therapy and letting you suffer.

Apparently my last review of this facility was not too good of a look considering it has since been deleted. An update nonetheless; I've yet to receive that call from my last therapist's supervisor and it's been now 3 weeks since I was told I'd receive one. Super helpful and super prompt with service as always, Penn Foundation

Penn Foundation and all of their staff are extremely professional and know what they are doing and how to handle situations the correct way! I am proud to say that Penn Foundation saved my life and I now have over two years clean and I am now a CRS in hopes that the place that saved my life will let me return the favor and represent them as an employee to help others and to show the proof is there! It's just about putting in the work!

Ever since Dr. Harman, who've I've been

Ever since Dr. Harman, who've I've been
seeing since 2017, left the practice in the
early summer I've been put on a waiting list
to be seen by a new psychiatrist, which is
fine except for the fact that it's almost
October now. I've stated concerns with my
medication & refill issues and they assured
me each time I'd get a call back and fit in
asap which never happened and I've dealt
with these issues but I'm now coming up on
my last fills of some very important
medications and have yet to hear back from
anyone after countless talks & messages
left. I'm currently searching for a new
psychiatrist/practice that has a genuine care
for their patients.

I went to intake within a week of calling for the first time. The intake lady said we would likely get a call the next day. No call. No call for an entire week. Call them to check up on the status for when I can be scheduled next. No one answers. There's no point in going to therapy if they don't even care.
