The staff was so attentive and very polite, even the security guards where kind and helpful. If your planning an event this is the spot. Big plus they have the A/C on blast on a hot summer day felt great inside.
(This valet parking) I wouldn t recommend didn t give me a good service were very rude they weren t being professional wanted to fight me for no reason had me waiting 40 minutes to move a car that was blocking me all they were doing was being on their phone they (charge $10 dollars) I will recommend to the management to check this matter .

We hired Culinary Excellence for our wedding at Gamble Garden in Palo Alto. Alanna, our coordinator, did a great job. She was responsive, attentive to detail, and easy to work with. As a first time bride, I didn't have any experience organizing a wedding, and Alanna helped me with everything.
I hired Penelope Designs for my wedding. They did all my reception decor, bouquets and draping. The day of my wedding I was blown away when I walked into my venue. It was spectacular and beautiful. I received many compliments from my guest and still continue to when anyone sees my pictures. If you are planning a special event and find yourself overwhelmed or in need of decor, see them! I love that they make you samples of what your table will look like on your special day so you're able to change anything your not to sure about.

Wow wow wow.... that's exactly how I felt walking in to the Venue. Alma at Penelope Designs went above and beyond for my daughter's sweet 16. The centerpieces were made to perfection and 100 times better than we could have ever imagined. The candy bar was the talk of the night It was so beautiful... and all the extras she added in and and special details made the entire place look amazing. Thank you Alma! Neat place but ridiculous rules. security escorted my kids out because they were playing cards on the garden. It was gold fish for goodness sake. Then security looked the doors at 9pm and didn't allow my other guests to enter.
Recently hosted a wedding, and it could not have gone better, the place was set up beautifully and the staff were hard workers, any request made they delivered. Big special thank you to Laura, she made sure everything went according to plan.
We had Penelope Designs cater our wedding and they were absolutely perfect. A pleasure to deal with, and the food was spectacular. It wasn't cheap, and we felt like we got what we paid for, the food was spectacular, the service great. Not one complaint from us.
