Wow wow wow.... that's exactly how I felt walking in to the Venue. Alma at Penelope Designs went above and beyond for my daughter's sweet 16. The centerpieces were made to perfection and 100 times better than we could have ever imagined. The candy bar was the talk of the night It was so beautiful... and all the extras she added in and and special details made the entire place look amazing. Thank you Alma!
