I am in the process of doing a rollover and made a huge error. I contacted the helpdesk immediately and Junior worked with me to fix the mistake. It was a stressful 60 minutes while we went back and forth to correct it, but the end result was perfect. Thanks Junior for working so quickly on my behalf!

I never have the time to write reviews. This one is worth it. Lisa Kenniston in the La Mesa (San Diego) office is brilliant! She is knowledgeable and helpful. I was sure the process of dealing with my 401K was going to be a nightmare. It turned out to be so easy because of her. Made for a great ending to 2020. So, so happy! Thank you Lisa!

Zainab has been wonderful to work with. She is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was proactive in helping me get proper documentation for my rollover and provided exceptional customer service with her follow up and timely responses.

Supposedly mailed my check from San Diego California to Portland Oregon on January 17th 2020 today is January 26th 2020. Still have not seen this supposed check they mailed. And in contact with them several times their answer to me is wait two weeks. Closed out my 401k for a reason needed the money to bury my father who passed away a couple weeks ago saw it coming. So decided to cash out my 401k on December 20th 2019.
This third party check cashing company should definitely have options of people being able to track their payments. Such as tracking numbers. Options of purchasing overnight check delivery. At the customers costs not theirs. Their answer is we mail it snell mail.
Extremely disappointed in their services. Extremely disappointed in their reactions to check that have gone missing through the mail system. And that's if they ever mailed it no way to know.

Zainab over at PenChecks Trust was VERY helpful in getting my 401k roll-over finished. The check got stuck in the mail, but Zainab followed through and even called me after the check had cleared at its destination. Thank you!

Zainab is exceptional. She helped me work though administrative details preventing funds transfer from another organization that was very difficult for me to deal with.
