My experience at East Elementary was average. The teachers lacked enthusiasm, making the classes feel dull. However, the curriculum was well-structured and provided a solid foundation. There is room for improvement in terms of teacher engagement.

The kids and teachers are wonderful! I've worked with several of students for a few weeks for an afterschool club and they were always polite and attentive. The teachers and staff were also incredibly helpful to the other high school volunteers and myself while hosting our high school sponsored club at East. It seems like the students have fun and I'll say for sure that all of the art and STEM projects I've seen are creative and beautiful!
