We contacted Pella to get a quote to replace the main entry door of our house. They sent a representative, Norman Porier, to us for an in-home consultation. We had been finding that the options for replacing a front door are vast and difficult to sort through with online tools or even at the local home improvement stores. Norman was great; very helpful in listening to our wishes/style preferences and figuring out what would work with our specific entry situation. It does seem like he was able to put together the right kind of door that my wife is wanting, though it's hard to know for sure because even the tools available to him don't result in an actual "picture" of what our exact configuration will look like. Even still, we felt more confident in his ability to configure the correct door as opposed to others we had spoken with in the chain stores. He knew his product line very well. It was also nice that it's a complete solution, including installation. Easier than having to pic out a door and then separately find someone to install it. The only bummer for us was the cost; the final price was significantly more than all of the other options we are considering with local home improvement stores and private contractors who use their own building material suppliers.

It has been over a year that we started our window replacement. We are still waiting for everything to be delivered and finalized. Twice the windows were incorrectly measured and ordered, but finally after 7 months the installation began. The customer service is non-existent. Luckily we had reputable, contracted installers who recognized the measuring and manufacturing errors and, rather than making it work , stopped the installation and had them remade. I will never use this company nor suggest anyone else use them.

We were on Pella's website but had some specific questions regarding the look, fit, and capability of the windows. After requesting making an appointment for a rep to talk with us, I received a call asking if we would like him to come out to our home. Norman Poirier arrived on time and was a pleasure to work with. Norm has an easy going and welcoming personality. He took the time to get to know us, our project, and our interests. He was well informed with Pella's standards, installation requirements and processes. We couldn't have been more happy with Norm and would highly recommend working with him!!

My boyfriend and I are new home owners and wanted to get a ballpark estimation on new windows for our entire home. Norman P came and gave us an excellent run-down on the costs and benefits of new windows. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and funny! When we're ready to move forward with the renovation we will definitely be calling Norman at Pella!

We are in the process of receiving estimates for window replacements. I chose Pella first since we recently had Pella sliding doors put in and we have been very satisfied with the product and customer service. The salesman Norm was professional, knowledgeable and willing to give us estimates with a few different options to meet our needs and still remain in budget. I was impressed with his honesty and lack of "pushy salesman" attitude. He was aware that we are getting other quotes but did not bad mouth any of the other companies and simply said to get back to him when a decision has been made. He even fixed a problem with one of the existing windows (not Pella) that we had trouble getting the original company take care of. Thanks Norm!

I had the distinct pleasure in meeting with Norma Poirier yesterday to discuss window replacements. New Construction Vs Replacement and the advantages/disadvantages of both. The experience was simply awesome and could not have gone better. Norm articulated the differences and took the time to explain it in real terms. What I appreciated most was his ability to pivot from speaking intuitive to getting into the finite details (as I am an engineer). I appreciated his promptness, candor and professionalism.
Pella is fortunate to have a consultant like Norm representing their team. Please continue to set the industry pace for customer service, professionalism and quality.

Norman Poirier was amazing,extremely knowledgeable and on time. He explained the products with such detail and gave us so many options. Definitely we will use Pella for our windows replacement.

We have installed Pella windows and also a slider-door a few years ago. We needed to finish our project, so this time we decided to use Bedford Pella (instead of Lowes) and we were pleasantly met by Mr. Norman Poirier. This was a home appointment. He was prompt for both appointments. Norm was also very informed and extremely pleasant and professional. We are looking forward to our window installation. Norm was our sales rep, he was on time, professional and a great sense of humor. Answered every question that we had, even if I had asked it more than once lol. I Must ve changed the design of the door about five times, he was patient and knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice in the end. We can t wait for the door to arrive. His goal was to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and that WE were happy! Thanks Norm!
