Great store very friendly staff good selection for beginners and experienced riders, the helped me size a training helmet for my 10 year old daughter. I have zero knowledge of horse back riding and what to look for and they answered every and any question my daughter or I had. Will shop again.

Jamie and staff were so helpful! Reading the tracings i was armed with and sending me home with 3 possibilities!

The staff is the best. Friendly and oh so helpful. They spent a long time helping me find just the right saddle for myself and my mount.

There is also a saddle fitter on the premises that I found very helpful.

Lovely staff and environment. Really friendly people. It s a small place but you d be surprised by how many saddles they have there! They have all the basics for horsey needs and a HUGE selection of saddles.

EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I bought a saddle there over 4 months ago and I absolutely love it. Fast forward to today, I received a call saying that they found a saddle cover that would fit and decided to ship it to me free of charge. I was so blown away by how thoughtful that was. Super helpful. I have used them for 3 years to buy and sell saddles. They are real riders with tons of saddle knowledge. Amazing how much time they spend with you to ensure you get what you need. They will educate you and let you try as many saddles as you want to. Not pushy. Very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Many saddles to choose from.

I am extremely disappointed with Pelham Sadderly, I ordered a Saddle on line on Tuesday morning. Pam called on Thursday to say the saddle I wanted was out but due back. Since I had a fitter coming on the following Thursday, I need a saddle sent out that day. Pam said she had another one that I might like, I asked her to send it. Pam did not sent the saddle and emailed me on Friday night to see if I still wanted it sent. Since I had told her on Thursday to send it I was baffled that it wasn't in the mail so I would have it time for Thursday. Pam emailed me to say she couldn't get it to me for Thursday.

Pelham Saddlery is an awesome place to find saddles that are the perfect fit for you and your horse. They have a wide variety of saddles to choose from in all styles of english riding. The members of the staff are friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They are kind and understanding when it comes to having a budget and will never pressure you into buying something out of your price range. They also have a flexible saddle trial and fitting program. I have been a customer here for years and have never had a bad experience when coming to the shop. I love Pelham Saddlery!

I don't know much about tack shops, I just needed leather cleaner. They had hundreds of saddles and tons of supplies.

They help me find the saddle I needed for my horse. Which was not easy. Great customer service. Not afraid of computers. If you're looking for a saddle go there.
