Don't waste your time trying to work here. If you are not on the favoritism list or brownosing you will lose your job. The workers will lie on you and you will lose your job. Do NOT piss off the Hispanics who work from 7am-11am. The trained me in spanish, I am Haitian, speak french and fluent English, refused to talk to me and only spoke in Spanish then lied and told the Supervisor Wendy that I refused to rotate. Wendy asked another white girl from America who spoke Spanish what happened after the Hispanics talked with her for 30 minutes collaborating on a false story. Wendy did not talk to any of the temps of color or anybody that was working with us to confirm the story of my refusal. I messed up (2) batteries and the day before Maria Davis had fixes it for herself, would not do the same for me then went to the office and told on my, but stayed on their for 30 minutes. She sent me home and (4) others after working (2) days and a fabricated story. Wendy never talked to me or lifted her head to speak when I did. It was an awful experience that has left me not wanting to work in spaces where I am the only Black American.

They did not train me properly, wendy left us temps by ourselves for a whole 8hr day. There were no actually trainings on equipment, products from any person who felt like speaking spanish. The white temp Melissa spoke spanish and the Hispanics spoke spanish the entire time.

It was basically like : CATCH ON and if you don't you'll be told on and asked not to come back.

(We ROTATED so much we were not able to learn)

The white Hispanics were unkind. The black Hispanics were nice

Melissa, Wendy, Maria, Vanessa and the tiny white Hispanic were rude and unkind.Maria Davis complained about lifting and her hours being cut the whole day, Vanessa only spoke in spanish and avoided me and the other black american lady and the younger white girl with the purple hair.

Our training was inconsistent and we lost our jobs which was income we all needed because the Hispanics did not want to be bothered. Several other of the hired in staff confirmed this as well.

I would just avoid working here. IT IS EASY WORK. The hard part is kissing butt, speaking each time you see a supervisor and that gut feeling that they may not care for your race or you do not fit in with the image they want to see each day (they treated a little white girl with acne pretty bad). I work at a hospital where we try NOT to discriminate against people because of what they look like or where they are from and give people a chance when they screw up.

This company does NOT. If you mess up twice and you are not a favorite Wendy will have you sent home.

I wrote this long review because there are people out here like me who have to work (2) jobs to make ends meet and support their families. Not everyone can afford discrimination and mistreatment.

We ended up purchasing a highchair, stroller, and carseat from here. They were not "cheap", but the warehouse prices made the prices comparable to lower quality brands. I have been using them for nearly a year and I am very please with the durability, ease of use and overall quality of the products, especially when I compare them to what I see others using.

We love our YPSI stroller system, and were thrilled when they came out with the double adapters; and, we loved the quality and safety of our Primo Viaggio 4-35 infant seat so much that we switched our son to the Primo Viaggio Convertible Kinetic once he outgrew the infant seat. Every question we've sent to customer support has been answered almost immediately, providing us with valuable information about their products as well as replacement parts when needed. We are customers for life!

Amy bent over backwards with her coworkers to help my wife and I give our 3 year old an amazing birthday! Everywhere in town was sold out of riding toys and with the Covid virus, nobody was as able to help at any local retailer stores.

Highest quality riding toys we ve found and very affordable! Please give this store serious consideration, they care.

Went to the outlet store on 12/23 to get a last min Christmas gift. Was told they couldn t sell me anything because they where doing inventory yet the store was open. Why remain open but not sell anything . Also who does inventory 2 days before Christmas? A lot of people do last min shopping after they get paid or bonus checks .

Purchased a Peg Perego power wheel for my daughter...

Purchased a Peg Perego power wheel for my daughter for her second birthday. It was initially rarely used because she wasn t quite big enough. Well now that she is into it the battery dies when she makes it to the neighbors driveway. Called Peg Perego customer service and the lady blames it on me. States I didn t properly maintain the battery because I have not charged it on a regular basis since the power wheel was purchased. Why would I charge it on a regular basis is if she wasn t using it on a regular basis? The lady was extremely rude and accusatory and said the best she could do was give a discount on a new battery. Just an FYI if you are considering purchasing any of their products as they are not cheap and they offer minimal assistance for malfunctions.

Peg Perego was a little disappointing but it's not their fault due to this pandemic their store is closed and they are having a difficulty getting product shipped in from Italy so what we were after was not available however we found out that they are supposed to be having shipments come in come January so we'll just have to wait and see other than that the people were very helpful very courteous and went out of their way to try and solve the issue so we will definitely be purchasing the item we were after from Peg Perego we just have to wait for it
