These guys were amazing. I came to see them upon a referral from a friend. I needed a car now, on a small budget, and they worked magic to get me into a better car than I expected, for a price I could afford.
I was concerned about purchasing from a dealership 2,100 kms from home but they had a great deal on the exact vehicle I wanted so I decided to proceed. Chad was an excellent communicator throughout the process and they had me on the road to Winnipeg about an hour after I arrived from the airport. The only minor disappointment was that they didn t provide airport pickup, but they were upfront about that. I d purchase from them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to other out-of-towners.

On February 12/19 I purchased a used 2018 Chryler 300S
On the day I picked up the car at Peel Chrysler I noticed front end noise. I thought maybe a dry ball joint....
The following weekend I had the car back at Peel to have the noises investigated by their shop. Turns out the left side inner and outer tie rod ends were loose. My first question was how did this pass a safety inspection. They repaired the left side tie rods but the mechanic told me he thought I should keep and eye on the right side. Maybe a problem there. Sure enough the right side was making noises and the car was back a week later getting right side inner and outer tie rod ends replaced.
Keep in mind this car only had 25000 km on it.
After the work was done I was informed there were still front end noises and Id have to bring the car back the following week.
At that appointment the replaced 1 or 2 control arms and the right front hub and wheel bearing....REALLY???????? 25000 km and the whole front end needed to be replaced?????
If I had know what a problem this car was going to be I never would have bought it. It was not legally passed for the safety inspection and Was sold to me as a fit vehicle which it was not. I told the dealer I wanted my money back and Id buy something else from them.
Of course the used car manager told me I could trade it in but only at wholesale prices. So basically told to bad, its a used car. But a used car that shouldnt have been sold in the condition it was in.
Peel might be a great place to buy a new car but used cars are not to be bought there. They will pass a safety even if its not road worthy.

In response to your reply there are some things you state which are not accurate.
I had original warranty coverage and I also bought a $2500 extended warranty. So no, nothing was fixed for free. The rental car was covered by the extended warranty as well. Yes, Danny got me the new key fob for which I was very grateful for. And yes you guys did try to fix the car.
But your own mechanic on the very first look at my car said that the left side inner and outer tie rod ends were clearly defective. As I said this should have been caught at the initial Ontario safety inspection. My car was not passable and was over looked.
The kicker which sent me over the edge was finding out this car had about 40% of the body repaired and painted. I only found this out by taking it to another Chrysler dealer for inspection of some major scratches I got in a car wash. He said you know this car has been repaired and painted? I said no, I know nothing about that. So somewhere down the line some kind of damage was done and repaired but not reported to Carfax.
So with everything that has happened from the very first day I got this car you would think I have a right to be dissappointed.
10/10 customer service, best pricing on the market. Nobody beats a deal from Peel!

So i CARFAX the VIN of that car and it says it was sold Dec 23, 2015. THEY SOLD IT ON ME AND ARE LIARS. THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONE. BOND IS A LIAR. ZAC IS A FRAUD.... Go somewhere else. These guys are jokers. PLAY GAMES WITH YOU.

I knew what I wanted before I set out on my thorough search for a brand new Dodge Caravan. As I looked into different dealerships in my online search I proceeded to chat with a couple dealers about what I intended to buy and my requirements for a major purchase. Well as most inquiries were only partially helpful I decided I was in no rush and I was determined to make this major purchase on my own comfortable terms.

Purchased a vehicle a month ago, had great on the spot service: however since then there were things in the vehicle that needed to be fixed and I have been in contact with my sales guy, with the person who is suppose to fix the problems and have left msgs for the manager and no one has responded to anything. I called today and was (hopefully) accidentally hung up on and then no answer when I called back. It s extremely disappointing when you pay so much for something to then be ignored once they have your money. I am generally not one no negatively review however I m hoping this will get someone s attention to respond back to me with a solution.

Not pleased ... the service people there are awesome, however the delivery of service was pretty lame. Simple door hinges, I ordered my door fixed because one hinge failed.. they ordered one, get my truck back and the door don't shut proper, like not even close, I complain nicely and they order the second hinge and add 6 hours to my simple service visit and ding me an extra 200... it's done and the door now has a draft even as it shuts proper.. not looking forward to winter or visiting peel Chrysler again.

I not recommend this dealership, cheated to my close family member on jeep wrangler purchase. Year End purchased on DEC 17,2017 and instead of offering Model 2018 delivered 2017. Charged $3800 for undercoating and many other charged added. Base price $42000 jeep with unnecessary add up $61000. Also cheated on on Refinancing again after one and half year selling again same jeep in papers. Now you could question why you writing now. The answer is at purchase time the student was new in country and relative leading him not cared what dealership offering.? The Buyer trusted the salesperson of dealership and he got signed papers. Not trust this dealer salesperson.Almost $15000 loss

Horrible dealership that only cares about there pockets. Talked to Alfred about purchasing our Hellcat. We specifically told him that we did not want to deal with RBC. Well guess what. He ran financing through them anyways just so he could get a $500.00 incentive. After that we made the complaint and bought our car at a different dealer. We actually got one built for cheaper and a 2018, not a 17.
Response to the owners comment, We have emails clearly stating to Alfred that we do not want to deal with RBC. Alfred also replied to those emails. There would be no reasons for you to seek a cleaner pull as you say because our credit has 0 issues. Please stop misleading people by telling them that these reviews are not Facts!!!!!. Last Tuesday I went in to look at a SRT. I dealt with Zach who told me I wasn t able to test drive the vehicle because I didn t have an appointment. Although I was upset at the time I d now like to thank Zach and the management at peel for not allowing me to test drive that vehicle as I would have likely purchased it and missed out on an amazing deal on a E63 AMGS that I purchased from Oakville Used Cars the next day.
Luckily no one took the time to ask me the necessary questions to find out if I was a serious customer or not. Instead I was told to make an appointment and come back.
Msrp on that Jeep is maybe 80k and it was to special to allow me to test drive.
Msrp on the E63 I test drove and purchased the next day was 120k.

I was referred to Peel Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM and I have to say, it has been the best referral I have ever been given. I have purchased many new vehicles in my life and I have to say dealing with Russ Davidov has been the most positive and no nonsense experience I've had. Russ beat the bushes to try and find me a new RAM to my liking and after many many considerations, we felt it was best just to order one. To be quite honest, it was Russ that suggested I order right from the start. Admittedly, I was being a little stubborn on wanting to get a new RAM right away and not wait for the order. However, having Russ order me a RAM is the best choice for me as I tow my fishing boat and wanted certain options that I would not settle on. Thanks Russ for your non nonsense straight forward and honest approach. It is very refreshing to meet a dealer that actually cares for their customers and don't just pay lip service to the idea. The purchase was pressure free and he was able to offer me many options with low prices down to the penny. No hidden fees or extras you really don't want.
