Parc Place Reviews

Lovely area, my family and I are in the process of purchasing as we speak.

Looking at purchasing from here. Great sales workers and good prices for this area. I wish I didn t have to fill out a contact card every time I went there though. I been here four times and I have had to fill out four cards.

The homes are grouped in threes. Two units have a small one car garage. Cute units. But eh Ima keep looking.

If you are looking for a smart condo home with 2 car garages this is the place to come. There are lots of parks around and the schools are good. Stop by and see sales team to get more information.

After looking at all of the model homes in Otay Ranch & Millenia, I kept going back to Parc Place. What a fantastic location and design. Spanish style townhomes at the entrance and right next to the Montecito monument. One of the greatest things about this community is the small side yards you get. You can't find that with most townhomes. My home will be ready in August 2018. Can't wait!!!

Ps. Jason & Ritz at the Sales Office are extremely kind and helpful. This community has a great vibe to it!
