Michelle has been working with my son since 2014 when he was 3 years old. During all these years, I have witnessed the results of Michelle's work and dedication in my son's personality and goals reached.

Although my son was receiving OT through intermediate unit at that time, I felt that he needed another weekly session and I decided to reach out to Michelle. She has worked with my son in his sensory processing issues, his muscle strengthening, his writing, his attention, his coordination, and most importantly, his confidence. Before Michelle, my son never tried "new" things; it seemed that he was scared of even trying. After Michelle, my son's confidence has shot through the roof. Michelle is kind and she truly knows how to work with children. She knows how to redirect my son's attention when needed and push him to his limit to show him that he can do it. My boy loves working with her and I am pleased with the results I have witnessed throughout all these years.

A key to my son's success with Michelle has been consistency and communication. Michelle has always been available by phone and email.
Whenever I have had questions of any sort, Michelle has always answered my emails in a timely manner. After almost 5 years of witnessing her work, I give her my highest recommendation without reservation.

I highly recommend Pediatric Therapy Solutions and Michelle. My daughter, husband and I found her engaging, knowledgable, and very accommodating during and after our assessment, when I had many questions! (Most important to my daughter, her office was "fun"!). Michelle went above and beyond in making sure I had enough time to share my concerns (we had several conversations over time as new questions arose for me) and gave me clear guidance on how to proceed in a complex situation. She was also very willing to collaborate with others in my child's life, and her experience in schools and with sensory processing issues was a huge plus. Though we did not need to see Michelle ongoing, she made me, as a mom, feel that her door is always open, and I would not hesitate to call her or to refer another child to her if needed. Thank you, Michelle!

We have been working with Michelle since April 2020, right in the thick of the pandemic. We began seeking occupational therapy services prior to COVID, and we were very concerned that with social distancing and office closures, we would not be able to help our four-year-old daughter or find support for our family. However, Michelle was willing to begin working with us virtually, even conducting the evaluation over video calls. She has been meeting with our daughter regularly online since and we could not be more pleased with the process and results. We have never met Michelle in-person or been to her office but she is able to make assessments, recommendations and provide meaningful, engaging activities for our virtual sessions without us ever physically being present. Our daughter did not particularly enjoy or participate in remote preschool learning in the spring, but she consistently looks forward to her therapy video sessions. Michelle has not only been able to support my daughter s needs but she has been able to connect with us all and establish a strong therapeutic rapport that has been instrumental in ensuring the success and efficacy of her work with our daughter. Without reservation, we highly recommend working virtually with Michelle; while we hope to be able to meet her someday, we are grateful for all she has done to support our daughter in these especially challenging times.

Michelle is AMAZING! Her kind and accommodating nature creates an atmosphere of calm and acceptance for the children she shares her expertise. She seems to magically engage children in what would otherwise be challenging tasks by disguising them as games and activities that promote progress on many levels.

She worked with my daughter for 2+ years and now sees her every few months as a check in. Sally is now a 22 year old young woman who is non-verbal and autistic. She was immediately comfortable with Michelle, laughing and giggling through many of her OT sessions and activities. Michelle worked on a large range of life skills from activities of daily living like brushing hair and teeth to light clerical job readiness skills to following a job chart. The job readiness skills that my daughter refined under Michelle s guidance helped her to acquire a paying job.

While waiting for Sally s OT session, I ve also sat with and spoken to many parents either going or coming with their children to sessions. We have all shared a common theme of appreciation for Michelle in not only what she does with our children, but also in her ability to work collaboratively with us as parents.

I would highly recommend Michelle as an OT for your child.

Michelle came highly recommended from many people in our community, so it was an easy choice for us. She was very accommodating when scheduling our eval, and even came in on her day off to see our daughter. Our daughter really enjoys working with her. She has given us, the parents, many strategies and tools. We are grateful we have found her and to have her help.

If I could give zero stars I would! I initially reached out to Michelle Davis-Korngut regarding my 9 year old son by submitting an inquiry via her website. I also reached out by phone at that time, however, there was no answer and the voicemail was full. After about a week of no response, I reached back out to her office and she then emailed me explaining that she was on vacation and would be back in town that following Monday and would give me a call upon her return, which she did. While we were speaking on the phone, Michelle had to very abruptly hang up. Before hanging up, I heard her say something about forgetting "they were coming "and then she told me she had to go but she would give me a call later that day or the following day to schedule an appointment. I waited four day before I finally called her back. She again did not answer the phone, however, she did call me back. She did not offer an apology or any type of explanation for not getting back to me and in a very cold manner she said she was ready to schedule my son's appointment. We scheduled the appointment at that time. More than 24 hours prior to my appointment I called Michelle to inform her that my work schedule had changed and I needed to reschedule. Of course, no one answered her line so I also emailed her. She called me right back and rescheduled the apppointment. The day of my appointment, I got stuck in horrible traffic and called her about an hour before the appoint to let her know I was running late and that I would be more than 15 minutes late and I wanted to make sure I could still come in. Of course, she did not answer so I left a voicemail. When I was about 5 minutes from her office (and 15 minutes late for my appointment) she called me and in a very nasty tone said, "I have been waiting for you. We had an appointment at 3:30." I said to her I called your office and left a message informing you that I ran into really bad traffic and would be late. Michelle continued to speak to me in a very nasty and unprofessional tone saying she had someone else coming in at four. So I asked her if she was still able to see my son. I told her I was very close. She then stated, "well I just told you if your here by four I can see you". (She hadn't said that) so I then stated well you initially told me it would be an hour apppointment and if you have someone at 4:30 are you sure you can see him. Then she stated" I don't even know if I should see him now or just wait." I told her it was her call. So she said I will call you back to reschedule (not sure why we couldn't reschedule then...the last time she said that to me I didn't hear from her for almost a week and then it was me who called back!) Michelle then went on to insinuate that I never called her by saying "I always get my messages so I don't know what happened to yours." Well, my history with her shows that if she gets messages she certainly doesn't respond to them! So, I attempted to say "check you voicemail becuase I did call"...however, I didn't get to say that becuase SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!
Now, I understand dealing with clients, as I am a speech therapist. I understand the frustration when clients have to reschedule or come late, however, I HAVE NEVER AND WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO A CLIENT LIKE THAT OR HANG UP ON A CLIENT!!!!! And please let's not forgot how difficult it was for me to even get her on the phone to schedule an appointment! I was very patient in all of my dealings with her and my patience was met with rudeness and on overall lack of professionalism. As a result, I kindly sent her an email stating that [after the last interaction with her ] "...I was no longer interested in her services." I will gladly take my child and my pocketbook elsewhere!
