I was headed to Tampa from WV with a stop to visit a friend in Hilton Head. My 6 year old Q5 was sounding strange. I was able to get it in to be checked that same day. They completed some maybe major problems and sent me on my way with a safe dependable repair. My Q5 drove like new on my way to FL. I dealt with Todd in service and I couldn t have been happier with my experience. I wish I lived closer. My next purchase would certainly be from Peacock Audi. Thanks guys. You re super!!
I bought a used car from here recently, so far I m happy with the car, aside from a minor issue. The salesman Mr. Tai was excellent, he kept me informed about the progress because it had to be inspected and serviced. The finance department disappointed me. I got a low apr but he kept adding all these service plans totaling over $3000. I explained I k ow it s a used car and I ve prepared for unexpected repairs. What bothered me was how he tried to slip it in without telling me at first. I refused and explained I didn t want or need those at least 10 times. I know that they want to make a commission, but you should still respect what the customer wants. Shady practices like that can turn into an issue with consumer affairs or even someone contacting the attorney general. He acted like adding on an extra $3000 was nothing.
First off, from the very first encounter up to and including this visit, it s been exactly as Ken Kirby promised, exceptional. In life I ve learned you can have price, service or quality just pick 2, here you get all 3 and that s kind of a big deal. If you re not buying your next Subaru from them you are wrong.
Not bad service experience, but I always laugh at businesses that advertise firearms restrictions against permit carriers, but take zero steps to ensure security besides the worthless signs that prohibit legal carriers. Wise up Peacock, your policy is the equivalent of head in sand.
Customer friendly experience from check in to check out. Charles started things with a warm welcome and thorough explanation of the services to be provided. he also was there to see me off after reviewing the work that had been done. The facility is excellent, clean and spacious and everyone was courteous and friendly. Work was completed in the time promised and the wash the car got left it looking great. Definitely recommend!
Scheduling an appointment was easy and efficient.
The service itself was completed without issue and
in a very reasonable time. They also automatically included software updates that were due.
The service waiting area is bright and comfortable with complimentary coffee/water & snacks
Was traveling to Hilton Head with bad tire. Contacted HH Audi about replacing the tire. They were courteous and prompt in ordering the tire and setting up an appointment.
When I arrived for service, I was promptly greeted and assisted. Tire was replaced, and I was on my way with little disruption to our vacation.

I will NEVER buy from them again. Dealerships like them are the reason South Carolina needs a "lemon law". BEWARE THEIR USED CARS!! They do an extensive inspection, but what they don't tell you is their only interest is finding what they might be liable for, or what they need to hide/downplay to sell the car. If the "thorough inspection" had the customer's best interest in mind, why did I find my spare tire was flat? Srsly!!? Air is FREE!! If you do decide to buy from them, be prepared for: ZERO integrity. ZERO honesty. LOTS of obligatory shows of customer concern... ZERO sincerity.
