The team at Pedal Industries are great. I initially purchased their larger pro bag. I love all the labeled compartments and vibrant colors. But on my first trip the bag was damaged. I contacted Pedal and they were able to quickly remedy the the issue by sending my bag in for repair and getting it back to me in a timely manor. Thanks again. I don t race any more but I still do century rides and mt bike and my Pedal Industries bag has become an essential bike accessory. I have shown up on the morning of a century ride and at a remote mt bike trailhead in the past and forgot something. Now, when I know my Pedal Industries bag is in the truck, I know I have everything I need for the ride. The organization and peace of mind it brings me made it worth every penny.
Awesome bag! I have a hard time keeping my cycling stuff organized. This is the perfect way to keep track of things. I helps organize and also acts as a checklist to help ensure you aren't forgetting anything. Highly recommend for any cyclist.
I purchased the bag. It doesn t hold what is advertised. Everything is fighting for the same space. Even though they enter different sides the helmet sits in the shoes. Leaving little room in the top pockets. I sent it back. It only cost me $30 in shipping ($15 each way) for a bag that doesn t work as advertised.
Process was simple enough. Went through a few drafts with timely communication. Product is great. If I would change something I d give the bag a little more structure as it would carry better when fully loaded. But I ve been very happy with it. Keeps me from forgetting stuff as I load each pocket. Fits everything.
Quality product delivered quickly, reasonably priced. By far the best road gear bag I ve ever owned. Super easy to keep thinks organized yet compact. I was skeptical that a small bag could handle helmet, shoes + food and electronics. It accomplishes the task easily!

I ordered three bags for Christmas presents for my family One never came in the mail but I received a message from someone in another state that had received my package! So weird The fella that received my package never mailed it to me so I called pedal industries and explained what happened and they immediately sent me a new bag and did not question anything at all.
