I ordered three bags for Christmas presents for my family One never came in the mail but I received a message from someone in another state that had received my package! So weird The fella that received my package never mailed it to me so I called pedal industries and explained what happened and they immediately sent me a new bag and did not question anything at all. Their customer service was above and beyond and extremely helpful! I would do business over and over again with a company like this that stands behind their product and customer satisfaction
