Peckham Platform is a creative and educational charity based in Peckham, South London. The organization was founded with the aim of bringing local communities together with leading artists to create meaningful and impactful projects that address social issues, promote diversity, and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Peckham.

One of our flagship programs is the Peckham Platform Residency Program which provides emerging artists with studio space at our premises for up to six months. During this time they have access to resources such as equipment loans from our media lab as well as mentoring support from established professionals in their field.

We also run a range of workshops throughout the year aimed at different age groups including children's workshops during school holidays where young people can explore different art forms such as painting or sculpture making under expert guidance.

In addition to these programs we also host exhibitions showcasing works by both established artists as well as those just starting out on their careers. These exhibitions are open free-of-charge for everyone who wants an opportunity to experience contemporary art first-hand.

Peckham Platform has been recognized for its contribution towards promoting diversity within the arts sector through various awards including Arts Council England’s Catalyst Evolve Award which recognizes organizations that have demonstrated exceptional leadership in developing new business models or income streams within arts organizations.
