Daughter bought her first car on her own and they were great! Superfast! In and out in about 2 hours. Steve Collins was her salesman, super nice and not pushy at all.

After dealing with multiple bad experiences at other dealerships I was so happy to meet Christian Johnson at the Pearson Dealership. He was professional, not pushy, and made my entire transaction seamless and fast. The finance manager was also very easy to work with and professional (don t remember his name).
Highly recommended.

We worked with Phil. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and made the car buying experience fun. Normally, I am VERY stressed when buying and I did not feel that way AT ALL. There was no pressure. I am not happy with the service received from this dealership. I had to pay for expensive hourly rate and I don t see proof the dealership did the recalls on my vehicle. I want my money back for the hourly rate for labor because I was told it would only be $130 for evaluation and to find out what was wrong with the vehicle and now I have a bill for $440 not fair at all. I hope corporate sees this review and handles this better.

Always professional. I don t have to wait days to get an appointment for service. I can choose just about any day or time I have available in my schedule.

I also want to give a shout-out to Lucas, who sold me the card. He always remembers my birthday and anniversary of my car purchase date, and sends me a lovely text to show that he remembers.

Overall, my experience was great! We only ran into one delay for parts to be delivered but it was most likely due to the Easter holiday weekend. Tim was great! He was professional, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop at all times. I'd be happy to bring my vehicle to this location in the future.
