We booked a party of 8 to go for 3 days 2 nights. The cabin was everything a cabin should be but with entirely too many dead bees (not sure about house keeping?) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. date of manufacture and ours said 1996....must I point out the obvious of it being now 2017. They have notes about mountain water restrictions and to re-use towels instead of getting new ones (fine by me) but when you book a room for 6 adults with disabilities and the water pressure completely goes out after 2 showers and the toilet no longer flushes, you can almost guarantee there were some negative results. I have been there in the past when they offered line dancing, hay rides, and meals but we're told a week before our trip that new management took over and they don't offer this anymore and there are no horses. When you tell the population of people I take care of that a lot has changed and they don't offer what they use to, there's a lot of disappointment. We were told however we could access the pool for free entertainment - just our luck the boiler went out and needed to wait 2 days. Needless to say we still went into the cold pool and the hot tub was broken. Meals were only offered due to a larger party being there- we passed on the $25/person fee. Continental breakfast consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal, old oranges, undercooked boiled eggs, and watered down waffle mix. We rented for $5/piece fishing poles that didn't even cast out properly. Cornhole there were only 4 bags to play with - 1 had no beans in it anyway. I could go on but that's the gist. We made the best of our trip but we're dissatisfied. Seems like they are more focused on wedding parties (based on reviews, they aren't pleased either). We will not be returning with our group in the future.
