I dealt with Mr Hamid Sattar Malik who was referred to by Mr Manoj for Villa rental. Exceptional service and follow up from both individuals. Mr Hamid delivered everything discussed and promised and was very quick to respond to questions and queries, with excellent communication and support from all parties including the Landlord. I can recommend Malik Properties as so far service has been more than expected.

Messy place with a lot of cockroaches. The owner does not respond to complains and doesn't take any actions to solve issues. Wont reccomend to any friends or other people. What a nightmare!!! For the money I spend... I would rather sleep on the beach than choosing this place.... think twice when dealing with this person....

terrible. they are not professional at all. will take all your money and not deliver your refund. they still owe me and said they will not pay! i would never use them again! no apartment is worth working with these guys.

Post fake listings on Dubizzle and Propertyfinder and give people the runaround

Arshad is an excellent agent, very helpful. He serves well for the benefit of his client. Premises wise are all okey, it is tidy, a condusive pleace to live.

I would suggest never to buy or rent any property through them. They agree to provide all the facility before they have received cheques and later they will not even pick your call. They will commit proper cleaning and pest control but later nothing they will do. You will find cockroaches all round. They talk with full confidence and only lie.

They are fraud. They just try to find ways to extract money.

My experience was very good with Arshad. He helped me to get a good apartment which meet my needs. He was very helpful and honest.

These people are soooo unprofessional and you should avoid dealing with them at all costs. We rented an apartment in Tecom through them. They stopped answering once they received their money. They lied about the area. They lied about maintenance.
The maintenance they did before we moved in sucks. Everything is falling apart. Painting is bad. Everything is stained. We moved in 2 months ago and it already feels like we ve been in this apartment for 3 years. They of course don t answer phone calls and requests. This is fraud. Don t deal with them. I wish I can give them Zero stars.
