I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Twilla Cannady and I can t speak highly enough. She was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and always available. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered as well as all of my concerns being addressed. I was guided the entire way through my move out process and I am extremely grateful for that. I highly recommend Ms. Twilla Cannady.

After a horrible experience with a property management firm (not to be named) Peace of Mind was a saving grace. In the 3 years they have managed my property they have always had the upmost professional staff and management, super responsive and willing to take the time to answer questions I had as a 1st time landlord. They always present professional options to consider but ultimately left the decision to you the owner with out pressure.

Peace of Mind truly lives up to their name. Never have I had such a seamless transition. I would recommend anyone considering property management to give these guys a call and let them put your mind at peace. (Sorry couldn t resist).

Talk about bad customer service. Tried to reach Elvira or this company with several phone calls and finally reached Twilla who said she couldn't help me because I was an agent from another town. I asked if she could meet us at the property and she said maybe 3 days from now. After asking her why is was such a problem to reach anyone on the phone or to get anyone to meet us at the property she became frustrated and hung up on me. Avoid this company and good luck getting your place rented by a company that doesn't answer their phone or doesn't care about getting the house viewed.

An absolute nightmare in dealing with this company. House wasn t made ready, had to spend a week back and to get repairs done, without communication with my property manager. Carpets were soaking wet due to a leak. And no my ac is not working, I ve tried to contact the maintenance repair and the agent personally, with no response. So I m sitting here on my only day off sweating in my house with no idea as to when my issue will be resolved. Absolute horrible customer service all the way around.
