PDL Academy Reviews

I regret using PDL Academy for CPA support. I purchased the practice exam package and it contained a couple of errors. Furthermore, the quality and experience of using their website and watching their videos (in my opinion) is inferior to that offered by competitors and other higher education institutions.

I wish I had googled their reviews prior to purchasing the package and not simply relied on the fact that CPA endorses them. I am extremely disappointed.

I had a worst experience with PDL. Was enrolled in Advanced taxation just to waste my money. Was able to take only one class which was so boring and tutor was unprepared. I informed them a month ago when the course was still half way through that i am not studying with them anymore but they charged me with full course fee even i was not studying with them...:(...but Knowledge Academy came to my rescue
and i passed with flying colours. I dont know how can CPA australia itself promote such institute as their approved learning partner??

Was once a good reliable service but it has gone down hill. Many times this semester there has been incorrect answers to multi choice questions, wrong figures used in certain formulas.
Most importantly the discussion forum is not attended to by anyone my questions has not been answered for a good month. Will definitely be swapping services to a more cheaper and reliable tuition service such as Knowledge Equality.

I had a few unsuccessful attempts on my own with 2 subjects and enrolled with online tuition with PDL Academy. It was the best decision I ever made, I have passed the 2 subject I failed and will be continuing on with PDL 2018. JP

I bought 88 dollar package of 4 tests for Advanced Taxation, the explanation is generally fair but when I need them to go deeper on some answers that are not properly explained or explanation countering textbook, the academic refused and said can comment on if it's an error or not. So to get further explanation on the questions I purchased, I have been advised to purchase their tuition course which I'm not interested. And there are errors and spelling mistakes.

This is my 3rd semester with PDL Academy and the support and materials have been nothing but fantastic. I enrolled in the weekly classes and I have passed each time with credits & distinctions and would never have been able to do this on my own. I highly recommend them based on my results

I've used them a few times for practice exams. While these practice exams are of some use, every single practice exam I've done has had basic spelling and grammatical errors in it. I've raised this with them, however the quality has not improved as I've proceeded with the CPA Program. It really isn't good enough for a post-graduate level professional education provider.
