I recently had an experience that didn’t meet my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the communication was lacking. I felt like they were rushing through the process without really listening to my concerns. The atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming either, which added to my discomfort.
I think there’s potential for improvement in the way they interact with patients. A little more empathy and clarity in explanations would go a long way. 🌊💔
