I had high expectations going in, but the service fell short. The cleaners arrived later than scheduled, which was already a setback. Once they started, I noticed a few areas that were overlooked – I found dust in corners and surfaces that didn’t seem to be wiped down properly. 🧹

Furthermore, communication could use improvement. I had a few questions beforehand, but responses were slow. It felt a bit impersonal, lacking that extra touch of customer care. Overall, while there were some positives, my experience didn’t meet the mark I had hoped for. Not quite what I was looking for. 😕
