I had an problem with my Nintendo switch. The charging port was faulty and wouldn't work on TV mode. I took it to PC-PartX and they diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and had it back to me within 2 days. A fast, efficient service with friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone with console faults.

I've had many pleasant experiences with this company, and can't fault the customer service. As soon as I walked in to the shop and all the shop workers tried very hard to accommodate my every need. I was also in the shop when this very rude person was being extremely ignorant to the person on desk, I could clearly see that the people working were trying hard to help this lady out, while she wasn't accepting help! Please ignore any comment made by this person as what she has said is vindictive and purely to stop people from going here, however I would highly recommend them to anyone

They offered me computer with maximum memory for the highest speeds possible, they even let me test the suspension on their stairs for when i move my business to their shop. Their manager offered to move a sign for me and was very friendly with helping me setup. Are you single? Call me for good time. They even supply fast drives for systems using online applications such as office 365.

Still trading amid the UK lockdown and allowing customers to book repairs. The country is on lockdown. It s hard for any business owner but you must shutdown. I will modify this review based on action.
We can't do without our computers nowadays so when it goes wrong - disaster. Thankfully, we have a fantastic local business that is a great asset to the community. The fault on my PC was speedily diagnosed and rectified and I had it back the next day. I can't praise PartX highly enough.
Thanks for a rapid resolution of my failed hard drive issue. I now have a new SSD drive with all my data in place and a clean much faster PC. Highly commend PC-PartX Computers!
