Absolutely terrible experience. Do not do business with these jerks!
Contacted business 6 days after placing order inquiring about when they were going to ship, got a response stating that because I hadn't paid more, they would not ship until last minute.
Business responded using phrases "I already told you" and "you will not listen" and proceeded to cancel my order that was never shipped without my prior approval.

I m the RMA Coordinator at this company and my responsibilities are miles from anything to do with providing tracking or order status updates. Orders are issued by those in charge of Walmart Sales through our company and such information is provided by sales or customer service or Shipping which I should think would be a foregone conclusion.
Your order was refunded by the aforementioned Sales Associate, who is also responsible for referring your order to fulfillment (which evidently didn t happen), so I recommend copy and pasting that to them instead.

Buyer beware! Ordered a laptop battery through Walmart.com that was sold by PC Parts Unlimited. I paid extra for express shipping which took over a week. I requested a refund in the extra cost of shipping and was told to go pound sand. When the part finally arrived, I was beyond disappointed; they had sold me a used and dented battery which is unsafe to install. After requesting a refund from them, they were unresponsive, SURPRISE! Walmart.com tried to reach out to them by phone and email, no response, SURPRISE again! Walmart.com stepped up and issued a full refund to me and recommended I discard the hazardous battery. With so many negative reviews from this hack company, I should have researched them before making my purchase.
please never work with these people. i ordered from amazon and had them ship it, it showed up alright, but the product was missing one of it's four screws. i sent an email, and seven phone calls, with no response, please buy from someone else
I ordered an item from this company through Amazon. I was given a tracking number. I waited a week or so to receive the item, I just received a refund due to undeliverable address. I order from Amazon 4-7 times a week and no issues. I called UPS they stated they never received the item. The tracking number states its still being shipped. I contact PC Parts Unlimited and the rude customer service person stated they shipped to address on Amazon form and that UPS sends back stuff all the time. I mentioned to him that UPS never received the item at all and that's what I see with the tracking number too.. It will show when the item was scanned at the receiving center. He would not even lookup my account to see the exact address they say they shipped to. No customer service skills at all. I read there on Google reviews that I'm not the only person having issues with shipped items. BBB here we come.
Had a tricky question, was handled without issue in 30 seconds. Thanks for the great customer service, some of these reviews look awful.. glad I didn't look elsewhere, the price was 40% off competitors. Thanks for providing a great service... I imagine the only reviews are left by people that have an issue, amazon rating is 4.5 stars, and that rating certainly fits my experience.
