PC Mechanics Review

My 84 year old mother-in-law felt so strongly about how kindly she was treated by the staff at this location that she asked me to write this review for her! She needed help changing the time on two of her watches (daylight savings time) and took a chance by walking in to this store for help. They would not take any money for their assistance, but indicated she could instead write a review here. Obviously she is not a techie, so here it is - because she felt strongly enough to do so!

I had some stripped screws in my laptop and they were able to get them out almost instantly. Great service and reasonably priced. Thanks!

We recently bought a new computer from PC Mechanics and wanted to say that Jim M. was so helpful in explaining the new computer to us in a way my husband and I could understand. He was very patient and friendly as well as very knowledgeable. We will always return to this place for any future computer needs.

Very friendly and helpful. They have fixed my problems 3 times in 5 years. This last problem was ransomware. They explain things very well. They are also vets.

Just purchased the 2nd computer that PC Mechanics made for me -- the previous one still works fine, but I wanted a big upgrade. We discussed each piece of the hardware -- the options available and what I expected from each of them. They made me another great machine. What's even better is that they were able to clone my old drives' contents to the new solid state drives without any loss of programs or data.

I have used this store a couple times and while I have a fairly decent gaming computer I am not very computer literate. They have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
