These guys are amazing. I have bought 5 PC's over the course of 15 years and have had one repaired at PC City and have never been disappointed. The place is a no-nonsense shop( you'll see that when you walk in and notice all the stacked hardware), but everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Great prices, no one tries to upsell you but are more than willing to guide you on what you might need depending on what your system is for. The package options make shopping quite easy and they even port your data for free from an old system if you are upgrading. This is the only place I go to for computers.

This store is just a bunch of computer nerds who are too young or on their way to being IT professionals, and this is a great thing! They are not there to make money but to learn how to become a good IT Pro. So sometimes they seem a little pricey but so is anywhere else you go for hardware help. So far they seem the best option if you live up north.

Went here for an SSD, MX 300, 525gb, and they sold it to me for $190.00. It is available from many other retailers for around $120.00 that's a 60% mark-up. Do yourself a favor, shop somewhere that doesn't price gouge.

They have built me 2 outstanding workstations and the first one is now 7yrs old and still equals the 'newer' computers. The latest one is just lightening fast. Their prices are reasonable especially considering that when my wife or I mess up anything, they fix and repair for free, and all upgrades are done for the price of the components only.

This place is amazing! There was something wrong with my computer and no other place but PC city figured it out. Their service is great, the employees are very kind. My computer was fixed and done in a surprisingly short time. I love this place and I think that everyone else should go here.

Truly a great store. I had a laptop hard drive crash and needed a new one ASAP and didn't have time to order one online. Everyone that I talked with was really friendly and had a ton of great advice to give. You could probably spend 15 minutes in there and learn more about computers than a 2 hour college course.

As far as price goes, there is a little bit of a mark up compared to online, but the tips and advice that they give you are well worth it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. In early December 2020 I brought them my laptop to fix. The touch screen had shattered and the metal next to the HDMI port had bent during travel, making it impossible for me to use the computer. When I brought it in they told me they could have a new screen for me and adjust the metal around the HDMI port in a week. I waited a week and no response. I actually had to call them to get an update. When I called, the associate who answered told me that they had ordered the wrong screen and so had to place another order for the right one. I was frustrated but there wasn't anything else I could do. Then he deepened my frustration by telling me it would be ready between 12/30/2020 and 1/2/2021 because of Christmas. I called on 12/30/2020 to see if the part had arrived and the associate told me that now it wasn't projected to arrive until 1/6/2021. Great. So I continued to wait. On 1/4/2021 I got a call that said the part had arrived and the computer was ready for pick up. When I got to the store I noticed right away that the bottom of the screen appeared different. It has a glue substance showing. When I pointed it out to the associate he just shrugged it off and proceeded to tell me my total. I was shocked that he actually expected me to pay full price given the error made by PC City to get me the correct screen. I pointed out that they had ordered the wrong part for me and I should be given some kind of discount. He told me that there was nothing he could do and I just had to pay. The next day I was working on the computer and noticed that my screen is starting to pop out a bit. This was not an issue when I brought the computer in. I called and asked to speak to a manager. He told me that I could bring it in and they could clip it back into place. When I then told him about how I was charged full price even though I had to wait 4x longer than I should have to get my computer, he simply told me that "mistakes happen" and that he would not offer me anything. I then told him that not only did they order the wrong piece and make me wait longer, but that the quality of work was subpar because of the glue in the bottom and the screen popping out. He continued to tell me that he would not do anything for me regarding the price and that he would only help fix the popping-out screen. I think I'm just going to take it to Best Buy and see if they can help me. I wanted to support a non-corporate business, but will never take any electronics I have back to them again.

Fantastic service! The IT people at my company said I should just replace my computer and that they could help me get a new one for $2,000. Something didn t sit right with me, so I took the computer to PC City. They ended up replacing the hard drive for like $275! The computer works great (and is super fast!), and their service techs couldn t have been more friendly. Thank you, PC City. In the future, when I need a new computer, I will buy it from them. It is my understanding that they will service the machine for its life if you buy it from them.

This store is a waste of time. I've gone by here looking for parts three times, and they either don't have the part, can't identify the part, or try to upsell to a more expensive part. It is staffed with 19-year-olds who want you to know how very smart they are, and how computer-illiterate you must be, no matter how much you actually know. (Yeah, they haven't made RJ-11 cords in ten years--the kind used to connect DSL Internet service. Right. I'll sure be calling you to build my next computer.) I am going to stop wasting my time and order online from now on.

This is just the best computer and tech support place around. I'm the defacto IT guy in my office and when there's a problem I can't fix, I send it here. No upselling, really reasonable pricing, and lifetime labor warranties on computers bought here. Avoid going anywhere else when you need a computer or are having computer problems.

I have been doing business with PC City for over 20 years! They do great work and the best thing about a computer from PC City is that it doesn't have all the "crapware" installed on it that virtually every other computer seller has. Great service. Great people!

Had a recurring not easy to diagnose problem with my computer. I took it in on several occasions and they were always patient. The owner saw to it himself to make sure it was in working order and ultimately fixed the problem. I appreciated that.

They have most parts and a great selection of PC's if you need one. I have never used their actual service but they are nice and helpful. I just can't give it 5 stars because the cost of parts there is way to expensive. However if you need a new PC or your PC fixed I think it is a much better option then best buy geek squad and it's a small local store which I try and support anytime I can. So overall even with cost I do recommend.

These people are my tech-support. I love having them as part of my support team.
They helped me rebuild my computer so that I didn t have to upgrade all of my software. I m trying to stave off that process and this was the most affordable option. It was their idea, Nathan, and the other people there like Timothy and Junior. Love these guys. They are there to help.
I would highly recommend buying a computer from them and receiving support. When you buy a computer the maintenance is a lot less!
