PC Brokers

Went in to purchase a monitor today. Had a gentleman help us for a good amount of time, and could not have been more helpful. Excellent advice and costumer service. Ended up purchasing a monitor and will be glad to return when I'm in need of more parts for my computer.

It's a go-to when we want something a few steps up from fast food, but doesn't break the budget. I love their calzones and Italian nachoes, though I've never had anything less than good meal, and usually better, from there. I don't believe they deliver, but they do have pickup service and work with Grubhub and other delivery services.

Our PC stopped communicating with the wireless network at home. Took the computer into James. 15 minutes later we were diagnosed, repaired, and on our way. Terrific customer service, good value. Thank you very much!

They were extremely knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right computer for what I wanted within my price range. They're very eager to offer their services after the sale is complete as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my computer needs.

Was a little bit more than I wanted to pay, but worth every bit if it. I seldom need to go to a computer repair store, but when I do, I go here. These people are the best... that explains why they have been around so long. They revived my PC that Windows killed... and saved all my data. THANK YOU...!!!

Honesty. That is how I will subscribe PC brokers. I took my laptop there a couple weeks ago. because it keep blanking out every time I opened a web page. They kept the laptop for a couple days and did a diagnosis on it. fix it and didn't charge me a dime.

These folks are great! They've helped me through multiple issues, and when a part they ordered went bad in my work laptop, they fixed it asap and got my laptop and all its data/software back and running better than before. They're my go-to guys henceforth...

Took my laptop in to see why it wasn't charging properly. Diagnostics were run right in front of me. Turned out the cord was bad and the person helping me immediately went to the back and dug through all the cords they had to find me a refurbished one. Can't beat the price and the quick service.

The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend PC Brokers for new/used systems and repair. It's much easier dealing with a local company rather than having to rely on phone support from someone hundreds of miles away!
