No need to rely on carriers outdated recovery system, but rather PBX provides you a "passport" that gets your luggage back to where it belongs; WITH YOU! If the carriers existing tag fails, our permanent supplemental luggage tag become an additional tool that can be use in the recovery efforts. Partnering with WorldTracer, the luggage recovery software producers of 400+ carriers worldwide, and our tag numbers' can be used in airlines existing software anywhere in the world.
Passengers simply acquire our tags at display stands located in the airport, register their short list contact information, and they are done. Once registered, when an airline agent enters the delayed baggage report, they are prompted to enter our tag number as well. PBX customers immediately receive a SMS text message providing critical recovery information.
