Stay away from this DMS. Crash/Freeze is a daily issue. I wish our dealership stayed with ADP, it's a million times better system that this PBS. Pushy Sales, the same printer we could have bought from Staples for half of the price!!! Total crooks!

I simply love PBS. It's easy and intuitive. We converted to CDK, and they sent a trining team here for 4 days. We didn't have any issues with switching our DMS. I am extremely happy with PBS.

PBS Systems goes above and beyond for their customers. As a long term customer, I can confidently say they go the extra mile to make sure my business can run efficiently. I would highly recommend them. The best DMS in the business !

Stay away!!
My dealership just switched to PBS from AutoSoft. This SUCKS! PBS it total garbage. Now I know auto soft was nothing fancy but it's a million times better then PBS. If you like having another 5 to 10 needless steps to do the same thing, PBS is for you. If you like insanely slow operations, PBS is for you. If you like onsite support that doesn't the software either, then like before, PBS is for you. Whatever sort of saving you might gain by using PBS you'll certainly be loosing in mental drain and frustration with PBS.
There must be a reason the next dealership using PBS is 275 miles away...?

My dealership switched to this software in October...

My dealership switched to this software in October and we have had nothing but issues. Simple things such as monthly programs don t get accessed until end of the month. Payments are completely sideways and the support team does not help navigate it with us but rather smudges it up behind the scenes so we continue to have the same issues. How I would sum it up: garbage. Our older software may have looked ancient but it could work wonders for us. When we had a guy from pbs come out to help us he even said that our old software was magic.... some faith they have in the system. DO NOT SWITCH YOUR DEALERSHIP TO THIS SYSTEM. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A HONDA DEALER.

*Update*- Support Manager reached out and rectified the situation in minutes. Explained that my problem was common and that a "fix" was already coming while adding us to the list of dealers who also require it. I feel that my experience with you makes up for the prior negative one. Thank you so much for all of your help Tristan!

Terrible experience dealing with a sales support worker. Tried explaining that the new update to their software was causing us many issues at store level for both sales and accounting depts. Was told that we should just change our process if it was such a hassle. - he was incredibly rude and made NO attempts to try to understand what was happening before telling me that it was again my fault. I hope that call was recorded and that the Support Manager is going to listen to it. Incredible.
I work with an ex-employee of PBS and it was at his suggestion that I call to begin with, up to this point we have had nothing but great interactions but the issue I called on is important and the fact that he was so abrasive on top of telling me it's my problem is terrible customer service. It is NOT my problem- it is your update, lack of training on said update and inability to understand how your programs are being used in the REAL world on top of being incredibly rude that has now launched this. The whole situation is beyond frustrating, I've never needed to fight for customer service. Unbelievable.

This workplace is the worst In mankind. I cant explain to you why no client should even use pbs. Employees labour is exploited, since the are paid wages that are far below minimum. I would suggest to potential customers do not use this company as employees are suffering, and we feel like we are in a sweat shop. I have already launched a human rights complaint and I will be seeking legal counsel to bring justice to all employees at PBS. They recently made a new sweat shop in Calgary , more slaves will be employed only to be striped of their dignity an humanity. Working for this company should a illegal. Im writing this while in tears.

It's funny that employees rate this company 5 star...

It's funny that employees rate this company 5 stars but their clients (or dealerships) rate this system very poorly. I agree it is important to take care of your employees, but customer satisfaction should always be your top priority in any service based business.

This is by far the worst automotive software that I have worked with in the last 15 years in any dealership. They haven't delivered on many of their promisses and simple requests to modify their system is met with total neglect and lack of understanding of the services we actually need the software to provide. Being someone with software programming experience and also a sales manager for the past 10 years, I can tell you for a fact that the software was designed by programmers who have never sold a car or desked a deal in their lifetime, and they probably haven't consulted anyone in the car business either. This is a mashup of what they think we want instead of what we actually need. We have lost thousands of dollars because of this awefull software.

Just a few examples, the systems has a hard time calculating residual values for leases when we do not have the car in stock where freight has to be added manually when building the quote.

Also, when switching lease terms, residual values and interest rates can turn out to be wrong.

They often update the software and add functions that we do not want and remove or modify functions we often use, making it harder to access them.

Because we are in Quebec and that we often need the software to be in french, it seems as though the translation was done by a 10 year old using a very poor version google translate.

I must have called PBS atleast 50 times in the past 2 years and I've often felt as though my complaints are not important and that they will make no effort to improve their system. We are seriously counting the days until our contract finishes so that we can move on from this train wreck of a company.

Before anyone considers using this system for their dealership: DON'T DO IT!!!!!! The cheaper price doesn't come close to the thousounds of dollars in mistakes this system will cause!

I can't say enough good things about PBS Systems. Where I was previously employed, we had the original PBS Aristo-- it was a great program, but we were looking for something that had the capability to be a little more user friendly, and a lot more functional. At an eastern workshop, we were presented with PBS V10-- a brand new, windows based software that allowed further integration with our home brand. We were one of the pilot stores, and though there were some speed bumps at first, the professional staff at PBS took care of our concerns and never let us deal with an issue for very long. They took a personal approach to our business, and treated us as though we were family-- there is not another DMS anywhere that works as hard to keep their customers happy.

Would recommend any dealership, anywhere to consider this Dealer Management System-- you're getting all the functionality of the other DMS systems, coupled with a personal approach to their clients. Absolutely phenomenal company.
