I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! The process is long, (you have to fill out a 102 question application and don't forget to get a Masters degree in computer science to even read the questions) the customer service is non existent (i write this message while on a 61 minute hold). I have been trying to get my account going to over 2 months... It should not be this hard. I'm a tiny fitness business taking payments less than 50 bucks, and I know EVERY CUSTOMER who makes a payment (seriously we only have 20 people! I know them personally!)

If I could give a zero I would! They held fund then when I refunded them they withdrew from my bank account and charged me for the transaction even though they never released the funds to me. After long discussions and figuring everything out I charged 2 more transactions providing them with contracts and they decided to close my account because of the type of business. I told them what my business was from the very beginning. Now, I have to refund two more clients and am hoping that I don't lose them as customers like I did with the first transaction. Agree with review above me, they don't care about your small business at all.

As a business looking to leave Intuit after a decade, we were going to set up Probill and they recommended PaySimple. It has been anything but SIMPLE. We never used the processing after over a month of trying to get ACH portion set up. The only thing they accomplished was wasting my time and drafting my account twice, even after canceling via Docusign and confirming with the rep on the phone they received it. Terrible service/communication and apparently incompetent only getting ACH set up after we canceled from frustration. What a frustrating waste of time and planning to contact Probill as well to communicate how pathetic our experience was, and we will not be using them either after this recommendation.

Pay simple is always a pleasure to work with. I have yet to ask them a question or for help with something that they cannot explain to me in a friendly, easy way to understand. you guys are doing a great job!

This company is a scam. They set you up with credit card processors under the disguise it is a set percentage- then they charge you HUNDREDS of dollars every month in hidden fees. You try to cancel them and they charge you for months on end. The only way to get them to stop charging you is to cancel your bank account. PaySimple will not help as they are scam artists.

Paysimple is great they have great customer service, excellent options for billing and easy to use software. Their options for invoices and recurring billing are excellent. What I found great is that I can send recurring invoices and keep customer information in the software for future use. I will be using this for years to come

Paysimple is just a gateway for processing the cards they will not support you or your company in any charge backs and will give you big run around . We will not use them again.Then the company they use to process the cards and that company Merchant Services from Symmes Township OH told us it would be $ 500.00 to dispute the charge back ! Which is total illegal from what we were told.

We suggest you use a process company that your bank uses its alot easier and very hard to dispute. And if you run the card in front of customer the customer cant dispute it then for the services you provided. Paysimple will not tell you up front that they will not support you in a claim. Paysimple gets a zero.

My company uses pay simple, and we LOVE the recurring payment schedule. It is letting setting it, and forgetting it. Once you set it, then it will auto process each month. What an easy thing to do!

PaySimple is the easiest payment processing available. After using 3 previous companies I was relieved to find PaySimple. Their easy online dashboard lays everything out in an easy to use way. Their dedicated staff is always there to help me and get me through any questions I have!

We have been very pleased with PaySimple. It allows ease of payments for us. We are a Chiropractic office, and we have a Membership Practice. PaySimple is great for setting up recurring payments month-to-month.
We receive quick responses when contacting customer service, and they quickly resolve any issues.
I would highly recommend them for your payments.
