Unfortunately, they do not currently service the area I'm moving to, but I greatly appreciate the quick reply and honesty.

Good performance at a very reasonable price. Out just a few times over 5 years. Wish I can still get them where I moved to.

This local ISP is what you have always wished every other Internet provider would be. They offer fast, symmetric fiber connections with low prices, no crazy fees, and plenty of high quality customer service. They rarely have downtime and when they do, they communicate with you to let you know what happened and how they are working to fix it. If I hadn't moved away from their service area I would have been a customer for life. Best 9 years of internet service I've ever had.

I bought a condo in downtown Oakland in 2008, and the building was pre-wired for Paxio, among other things. All I wanted was fast, no hassle internet at a decent price, so I gave them a shot in attempt to avoid the big name companies we all know and despise.
Paxio absolutely delivered.
Paxio is extremely responsive to issues, I remember early on the owner calling me to respond to an email I'd just sent Paxio--on a Sunday evening. They've grown and are not quite so personal now, but I have consistently had excellent customer service, and fast internet access, at a shockingly reasonable price.
I highly and unreservedly recommend them.

Excellent service provider. Lightening fast speeds ate very good price. On the few occasions that i have needed service, it has also been very fast, and accurate. HIGHLY recommended!

Never had an issue with their service super fast internet at a reasonable price. I only wish they covered the area I am moving to.

They are the best...in my opinion...and I refer them to all the new owners who move into the building when I am asked or on the community web site.

Not so great anymore, frequent outages especially on weekends. Go for Xfinity if you want reliability.

So far I have had a great experience. The price point of their services (when available) is great as well. My experience with the service technician in identifying a wiring issue was very positive with a quick response, on time arrival, and efficient and thorough work. Thanks folks!

Paxio has always been very responsive to our needs. From the first call to the most recent, the Paxio team has been most helpful. There is always a quick response to any question. We would highly recommend Paxio.

unreliable service, poor attention to details with your customers

Very fast and professional ISP, if you are in the area and you need fiber internet you definitely want to try Paxio.

So far very good. Its cheaper because HOA decided all units to go far 1 GB Paxio internet. The price is very low and quality is good.

If you're lucky enough to be in an area which Paxio services then don't even hesitate to sign up.

They're the only reasonably priced fiber in the bay area and have very responsive customer service. When I have a problem I can be relatively confident that a human will address in a reasonable time frame. (Only 1 real problem in ~3 years iirc.)

Installation was also a breeze given our townhouse was pre-wired for it, but they went the extra mile and helped us map the various ports across our house to the ports in the network panel in the garage.

As a last point about how much they care, they even have an alias where you can send speed test reports, which they use to make sure everybody is getting the quality of service they're supposed to.

I really hope they can expand more broadly in the future. Maybe they should adopt the idea of having people pre-sign up with fiberhoods so they can minimize some of the risk in laying fiber that nobody wants to use.

Great prices at excellent consistent speeds with excellent customer service. If this was available everywhere I would recommend all my friends to switch to Patio!

So excited to work with Paxio getting up and running in my new space! They were easy to work with and offered all the help they could! Still learning this 1GB speed though! Amazing and would be afraid of ever jumping of the lightning web train!!

Interacting with the CEO has been nothing short of professional and "as advertised". The product is unparalleled. I hope Paxio installs fiber all over the Bay Area so many businesses and residences can experience their great service and fairly priced cost sharing program.

Paxio is a younger company trying to get a foothold in an industry strong-armed by companies like Comcast. Twice my Internet has gone out because of issues with the residential building here and across the street, but Paxio's response was pretty good and I received a couple weeks of free gigabit service. Overall my download and upload speed is much better than Comcast at 1/2 the cost and I feel good about helping add some competition to the marketplace. It's shameful that in silicon valley we aren't taking the lead nationally or globally on residential internet speeds. Supporting Paxio is my way of showing that I love freedom and I want to make the web great again.

Have had a great experience with Paxio so far they worked with me to install and sorted new wiring and splitting at the hub and the installation process was fast, professional and pleasant. As promised we have 250mpbs up and down for $69 a month. We previously had WebPass with speeds of 300-400mpbs up and down but they weren't in our new building. As Paxio was already present from a prior tenant we were happy to try them.

Had my 1G fiber installed on 10/1/2019. So far so good and looking forward to the great service!
