Our overall experience has been very positive. The do a great job of responding to and helping resolve issues in a timely manner. Pricing is very competitive, and they are implementing some very cool integrations with other major tools that we use to support our clients. Pax8 is a good partner.

I wish they wouldn't be such horrible salesman and really stick with the "wingman" slogan. I called them out on their used car salesman tactics about 3 years ago. Since then it's been amazing.
