Original PAX customer and upgraded to PAX 2. The product has performed great. Recently had a warranty claim and the customer service and follow up was outstanding. Warranty replacement was easy. USPS had the package for a month, not a PAX Labs issue, but PAX customer service followed up every few days with emails and one phone call until it arrived. Thanks again, love the product.

Don t buy this vape, it s a waste of money and time.
I have the Pax3 for 2 years, barely used it, obviously it doesn t work well.
Tried their costumer support, all they do is ask you questions about the device, where s the 10 years warranty you promised??
They didn t even suggest sending a new device instead of the one I have.
It s a shame I paid 250 euros for this mediocre vape.
I used a few times the Mighty vaporizer from Storz&Bickel and it s way better than the Pax3.

Tried buying a pax 2 and the order has just been sitting there for 3 weeks. I just went on their website and they are offering free 2 day shipping to customers. Hi, how about filling your back orders first. Tried emailing and calling with no success. Can't imagine how bad it is if you have a problem with the unit. Stay away!! Probably going to give me the Covid excuse.

I bought a PAX bud vaporizer more than seven years ago and it has taken that long to consider replacing it. It just stopped charging a day ago, but I think that's par fo the course reading the reviews of people who probably didn't know how to work theirs most likely because people don't read instructions and don't even go on line to read them. Now the PAX2 costs less than half of what I paid for it seven years back. Great device!
