Not a bad place if your not on the line and like being bullied and watched by cameras. You are put at their disposal and shifts are cancelled at a moment's notice. Racks in warehouse are overloaded. No exclusion zone when unloading trucks and much more.

One of the worst workplaces to ever exist. The way in which management is conducted is of the lowest standard imaginable! A system of autocracy and authoritarianism which fails to express any fragment of interest or concern for its workers. The manager of the afternoon shift utilises a system of punishment that can be viewed to be as the most primitive form of management principles that I have ever experienced. If you wish to be threatened with being let go for simply taking 1 holiday in the year, this may be the job for you. This manager believes that workers do not have a life outside of work and simply exist for the benefit of the factory. No sort of empathy! The workplace does a good job at creating a facade of being a decent place to work. But believe me, you are just as disposable as you are employable at this factory. This workplace is in urgent need of managerial revision! Don t settle for less! There are plenty of other jobs avaiable where I can guarantee you won t be treated as a mere object.
This manufacturer is completely unreliable. They have promised several things to us, dragged us along with timetable, formulations and stability testing promises. Several months after we tried to communicate with them they just said they have no capacity. Apparently direction from their CEO. Very unprofessional.
