Very good except I wish someone would have called and told me when my cat was done with surgery and let me know the results of blood work explained what they found better and that I would have a remaining balance due to the meds they would be prescribing, before I showed up.

I have been very impressed with the care that Paws & Co has given my dog, Gracie, and I! They are always so excited to see us and are very patient in talking through any concerns that I may. I also very much appreciate that they are not afraid proclaim Christ at their business. This was the reason I chose Paws & Co in the first place.
I cannot express how much this clinic has been patient with us. My Riley stresses out and hates the vet. Today, they have been the most accommodating, making sure he got the shots he needed while not stressing him out as much as possible. It means a lot to me knowing that they care about not only his health but well being as well. He really can be a brat, but even amongst all the chaos of the virus, we had a very smooth transaction. Thank you to all the staff, me, Riley, and Finn appreciate you guys!

They take great care of your pets, ave they do it economically. I take all my dogs there for their shots and spade/neutering. The dogs actually get excited when I Tek then they are going there.

today was our first time going there as they were recommended by a co worker. we went because they are alot cheaper than our other vet. I was very happy with their performance and friendliness of the vet his wife and all their employees. every vet I've ever been to has always just taken her out of the room when giving shots or taking blood however they did not they did it right there on the floor with a lot of treats and cheese whiz to make my dog feel more comfortable. even had me get on the floor to help hold her so she would feel safer when getting her shots...I am very happy with this vet and will be using it as my dogs vet from now on!!!

Usually we are pretty satisfied with how they take care of our dog. Lately when I call this Lacey is so rude and makes you feel like your a bother. She has no empathy and is patronizing calling me hun! She even told me to take our dog to another clinic! Where did Cindy go or put someone else in there that shows some love for our furry friends.

Absolutely love Paws & Co Clinic! The staff is so friendly and great with our family and out two little fluff balls. We have two smaller dogs; a Mini Schnauzer and a Corgi. Paws and Co has fixed both of them, one male and one female. Our Corgi recently got fixed and she is doing great! I always feel confident that I am leaving our fur babies in good hands. I only wish they had a location in the valley.
Excellent staff! Friendly and comforting. My dog is "skiddish" to say the least of new people but he was relaxed and happy. I can't say enough about the veterinarian that took care of him as well as his assistant!! They have limited services they provide but extremely reasonable prices. I will be telling people about Paws and Co.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend. I called to schedule my pups first appt everyone was very friendly. I was called back a few days later and told there was a cancellation if I wanted to come in sooner of course I said I'd take it. My new appt was 415 I arrived at 4pm and was told someone called for me to rescheudle and for a cat. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes and saw other dogs be called. It was an overall very frustrating situation.
Wonderful friendly staff. My furry family has the best care and they love visiting everyone there. I highly recommend Paws and Company for your pet care needs.

The staff is knowledgeable and patient and never pressures us to get anything extra and they are SO affordable. They ensure that we know what happened at the appointment and explain any follow-up care thoroughly.
I brought my chihuahua in for pre exam for neutering. I thought he would need a muzzle for exam, Dr Mau was very nice and gave him a special treat. My dog warmed right up to him, and the neutering went well. Prices are considerably lower than others. Very good experience.

High pressure sales personality. Use a lot of fear to try to get you to do this but they really lack veterinary knowledge.
The front desk was nice. My issue was with the vet tech beforehand & the vet himself. The first vet tech was VERY condescending & rude, she told me my pet had a ton of plaque on their teeth & the vet would be talking to me about. (My pet is young, & the vet never said anything about their teeth). The vet told me my animal was very overweight & that I needed to limit food. My pet is less than a pound over what she should weigh (after I did my own research because the did not try to educate me at all). Overall it was a very unpleasant visit. But they did the vaccines needed & it was less expensive than other places.
We've taken Molly here since she was 8 weeks old. The staff are friendly and always excited to see her. Appointments are easy to get and they always have the medication needed on hand. We won't take her anywhere else!
The staff here was friendly, prompt, and took great care of my senior dog. He loved it there. He is excited to go back! Can't say that about too many vet offices! The doctors and staff explained everything to me in a very clear manner and made sure I understood everything and that all my questions we answered before I left. Pricing for services was transparent and seemed very competitive based on what I've seen elsewhere. I would definitely recommend.
We took our cat to be fixed,everyone there is wonderful. Treated us with respect. I called today to get same cat booster shots and Lacey right away asked how Charlie was feeling. So so impressed with this vet. Affordable vet care? Never thought it would exist in my life time. Wonderful to know this exists.

We have used this clinic many times in the past for check ups / shots for multiple pets. Our dog was spayed today, I called to get an update on her condition and determine a time to pick her up. I spoke with Lacey, who when I asked about my dog stated that she was not back with her. She said to hold on while she got to a computer. The next statement was that there is a balance due of $88 and change. I again asked about my dog, and stated that the payment is not an issue. She responded, would you like to make it now or when you get here. When I said something about asking about the condition of my dog, I was asked why I am being rude.
With customer service like this, this will be the last time you see any of our pets.

Professional staff...very down to earth doctor and staff. Have always felt welcome and take the time to care for your animal and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Will also explain everything in terminology that I can unserstand. GREAT PLACE FOR ANIMAL CARE.

I've been to many places over the years and I must say Paws & Co has been the best experience thus far. Great, friendly, knowledgable, welcoming, and caring staff. The prices are VERY reasonable. My puppy's first appointment went well, they were great at distracting him when they gave him shots. The 2nd appointment was a neuter. They called and kept me updated throughout the process and listened to my concerns. I am so happy with this clinic and we will only be coming here from now on.
I saw some comments about Lacey. I've had great interactions with her. She does call people hun, but I'm accustomed to that since I'm from the south and that's a very common thing to say. She seemed to be understanding when I acted like a typical "puppy mom" lol. We all have our good and bad days.

Dr. Mau, His wife and staff are amazing! I really can not say enough about them. My dog Ellie really response well to them, she doesn't mind going to the vet now. We have gone to a lot of vets over the years and seems like we always come out of there spending over $300. Not here it was half that. They care so much for your animal and YOU! Would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my dogs bed on April 19th. Today is June 21st. I still have not received the bed. There is no tracking because it s still not in the USA. I have asked for a refund and I ve not received a response nor my refund back. There s so many competitors out there offering the same product but with some level of customer service!
