The store has made a huge huge turn around in the last couple years. The staff is very cool and professional. Anytime I have a problem with something they make it right. Other pawn shops need to be more like them.

Staff is professional but policies are bogus. We purchased a chain saw back in April, went home and couldn't get it to work and returned it the next day. Was told that it was policy that they don't give cash back; we had to get a gift card. Came in today to check out things and verify the balance. Was told that the gift card was valid for only 8 months. So you take my cash for a defective product, and won't give me money back, and give me 8 months to buy something else that may not work before you keep my money forever. Pretty great business model to make easy money, bad customer service.

Update: they did give me a refund a few days later but I had to call the corporate office (which was an umbrella company/lawyer's office under a different name per the voice mail message) and leave a message, and the store manager had difficulty applying the refund in their system due to the way the gift card was originally processed. I'm definitely "once bitten, twice shy" over the whole situation.

The salesperson was very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased to find vintage jewelry for a great price. I will definitely be back in the future.

Went in to check on getting a laptop. Got a good price and a 6month warranty for $10. I was treated with dignity and respect.

I live 45 minutes away I called in looking for some subs they told me they were very busy and asked if I would call back I said yes. I called back got a different worker asked him if he could tell me what subs they had and he told me "I'm not going to help you shop over the phone if you want to know come in and see for yourself". From my experience they aren't very professional.

Had a mishap and they made it right after some miscommunication. I will continue doung buisness theere

Beyond helpful , very fast prompt service , gave me an actual honest to goodness fair loan on my personal property......hey these guys have it figured out.....either that or just happen to habe hired there version of the harlem globetrotters...except the pawn stars version....THANK U LADIES!

Anytime we go there its always something.. Either they don't want To deal with it or tries to low ball you. All of the employees act unprofessional. This is one of the saddest pawn shops I've seen..

I have been going to Jacksonville pawn King for many years. For starters Joshua is amazing and he wouldn t ever sell me anything that wasn t worth it. Nor would they ever buy anything that wasn t really worth selling. I have Purchased so much from them MacBook TVs a Dyson vacuum IRumba Lawnmower weedeater the list could go on. If I ever had any problems they make it right. PS I wasn t paid to say this LOL.

They have good circulation of items and good prices and that's just the bonus after dealing with great people

Today was my first time in Pawn King. I was a little nervous because I needed a loan. But I have to say Joshua Prichard gets an A t for customer service!!! I highly recommend going and seeing him for anything you need! Definitely going back :)

We purchased a tv, the service was very good and help. I stop at Pawn King quite often and always treated great by the employees.

Staff has always been helpful and professional. I'm not sure why others think they're rude but that has never been my experience there.

Clean store and helpful staff. Prices were reasonable and the clearances we're especially good. I felt more secure in my purchase through a franchise stire than a stand alone.

I think it's a pretty nice place to go but video games and consoles and movies and all the tools and guns to buy and sell not the boat but i still give it five stars for their good work
