Staff is professional but policies are bogus. We purchased a chain saw back in April, went home and couldn't get it to work and returned it the next day. Was told that it was policy that they don't give cash back; we had to get a gift card. Came in today to check out things and verify the balance. Was told that the gift card was valid for only 8 months. So you take my cash for a defective product, and won't give me money back, and give me 8 months to buy something else that may not work before you keep my money forever. Pretty great business model to make easy money, bad customer service.

Update: they did give me a refund a few days later but I had to call the corporate office (which was an umbrella company/lawyer's office under a different name per the voice mail message) and leave a message, and the store manager had difficulty applying the refund in their system due to the way the gift card was originally processed. I'm definitely "once bitten, twice shy" over the whole situation.
