Beware, the day we bought our trailer we signed the papers and when we got home saw they added trailer insurance we didn't ask for. Had to drive back 40 minutes each way to resign papers. Picked up the trailer a couple days later and had electric trailer brakes and sway bar put on. They cut the 7 way cord and replaced it with a cheap one. When we got home the sway bar was put on wrong and tore up the battery box and sway bar ball. Replaced my self.
The awning was separating, brought it in and was ready a month later, picked it up in February and noticed they hit something and cracked the front corner paint, also the replacement awning with a cheaper version and had stains. Also they replaced blue canopy lights with white. Didn't use until spring and noticed the stains were bigger. I found 9 holes in the awning and the gutter spout was hanging. They didn't put rail screws back in or seal it. They refused to replace the awning saying it was over 90 days. Probably got rain water in the walls.
The batteries would drain while driving and inverter shut down, so no refrigerator. Brought it in they kept it a month and said nothing found it was a truck problem. They left the inverter cover off. Ford dealer said all ok with 7 way plug. They insisted nothing else could be done. I checked the batteries and both had dead cells. Picked up batteries and replaced myself, all ok now. The batteries have a 1 year warranty and the trailer had been on the lot probably a year because the top was stained black. Should have been the first thing to check if they were competent. The only people I found competent was Reggie and JT. If you buy a trailer from them, you better be able to troubleshoot yourself. If you notice there is no rate and review on their home page.
