In the past their drivers have been better than the average Auckland bus driver. Lately they have started to exhibit the poor traits of inconsideration, and failure to abide by the road rules. I've just sent a complaint through via your website, but the poor driving I see is between 4:30 and 5:30pm between Grafton Bridge, Park rd through to Khyber pass rd. Thanks for your reply. The driver of 4067 at 520pm 25 March 2019 on Park rd, Newmarket does not know what the green advance stop boxes are for (hint = cyclists not buses).
Awful if I could give this a zero star I would the buses are disgusting inside and out! And I had a driver that was so rude was not good a driving he didn t even stop at the stop sign! And to make it worse the driver smelt like BO and I had a very unpleasant journey will never be catching a bus from this company again!
Today PC4001 at around 7:18 AM, the bus driver did not stop the bus at Bust stop interchange E, opposite to burger king. We requested to bus driver so many times she did not listen. She parked the bus at Interchange B. the other side of train station. We were coming from Kelston to New lynn. We missed our 18 number bus. 15 minutes wasted. There was enough space behind 18 number bus.
I was an unfortunate recipient of one of these bus drivers road rage/thug behaviour wherein this lady bus driver tried to kill me by deliberately trying to run me off the road 2 times within a 5min span. I complained to their office and was promised a resolve within 10days but no such thing. I then rang back again and all I received was a blanket copy+paste email saying the "matter has been forwarded bla bla blah..."

Today the driver on PC4626 dealt with passengers that didn't want to pay with authority & was nice to passengers in general.
why do your buses have no windows. Couldn't breathe the whole ride. I asked the driver if he can turn on the air con, he said its on, but it was heating not cooling. Everyone on the bus including myself were wiping the sweat from our foreheads. Terrible experience. Will be catching the train from now on. Bring back the old busses with windows.
Today i traveled with bus PC4636. Very pleasant attitude, well mannered demeanor, and smooth comfortable driving from the bus driver.
