A luxury hotel .. Certainly not at the level of management ... A shameful communication at a convention of photographers that was to last two days. And that lasted only half a day because we arrived 15 minutes late for the meal ... The direction told us that he would not accept us the next day without warning .. What a worthy enterprise does this name do this stuff? An overconfidence and confused with an excess of abuse of zeal ... A shame because the establishment is very beautiful .. But it would be highly advisable to treat otherwise the clientele!

I went for a business meeting. The setting is sumptuous, the rooms are pleasant and functional and the coffee breaks a real pleasure. Very accessible from the RER A which one reaches the station via the park of the castle. There is worse way!

Exceptional location, great views, attentive staff, friendly and competent. Beautiful table, beautiful decor, and especially cuisine of great chef: fine, delicious and plentiful.
We had a great time.
Thank you to the entire team at Pavilion Henri IV.

I strongly advise against !!!!

I strongly advise against !!!!
Management staff absolutely unfriendly except the room service.
Photography convention for 2 days but under the pretext of a delay of 15 min at lunch, the management expelled us from their establishment after the meal.
Raised the sewer to the basement toilets and the management dared to blame a newborn model who in the process was not at the basement convention but at the top.
For a so-called luxury service, this is unacceptable.
You should be ashamed.

Following the work in front of the reception, the manager has dug holes everywhere and the rats, many are walking.
Too bad he chased away a lady who was busy feeding the cats that were there.
It's a shame.!!!

The hotel has great location. Vety clean, friendly and requirements. Reception service NO NORMAL ORGANIZATION !!! It is outrageous to wait 2 hours after the scheduled check-in time! Such is the case of 05/22/2015 Mrs. Christine with his usual hype apologized and left his workplace WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION !!! This is outrageous and insulting treatment by the receptionist Christine !!!

We went for a wedding, for which a room was reserved for us.
The welcome is very good, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are beautiful - with, in our case, a very nice view - the reception was well organized and the meal was very good.
I recommend without hesitation.

Really unfavorable opinion concerning this place ....

Really unfavorable opinion concerning this place ... which does not even deserve a star!
Wedding reception and hotel accommodation:
Rude staff, shameful organization, it was supposed to be the happiest day in the life of the bride and groom but it was without counting on the total disrespect of this establishment (a lot of noise during the speeches, clearing of unfinished plates, buffet tidied up before everyone has had time to help themselves, after the desserts, they put away the glasses absolutely everything! Impossible to drink any glass of water!) But we explain that it is contractual ... witnesses tore their hair to make up for it and make it happen with the bride and groom, really nonsense.
It's overpriced and absolutely not worth it! They rely a lot on the beauty of the place and not the quality of the service which is a shame. Do you want to get married? Do not choose this establishment!

Very good restaurant and good team, nothing to complain about. However, the hotel level is average. Decrepit ceiling (as in the restaurant), no power outlet available, room service finished at 9:30 p.m. (earlier than the restaurant) ... continental breakfast, frankly visit what is being done elsewhere ... brief efforts to do at this level.

The rooms are really good in shape 4/5, the view is excellent from the restaurant you can see the sun rise over the whole of Paris in the morning. However, there is no service at coffee time and in the evening you won't see any waiter in the lobby to bring you a beer or a drink. There is a bar but it is not operated consistently.
Excellent place for a quiet high quality stay in beautifully but careful renovated old rooms with high ceiling, chandeliers and thick carpets. The location right besides the king's gardens and closed to town cannot be better.

Hotel very well located, the staff is very welcoming.
This place steeped in history deserves to be maintained and could be more attractive to customers.
Breakfast could also be improved.
No toiletry set (cotton, cotton swab, salt bath).

Already made at least 4 visits to this restaurant, next to the park in the center of the city, the meals were very good: the piece of beef with homemade bernaise sauce is divine, the quality service and when you get to book in summer a table on the terrace in the evening, the view is very nice!

We went there to spend a moment to relax.
The staff are pleasant, helpful and not oppressive.
The only downside to the interior decoration is that it lacks maintenance.

Exceptional location (an historical resort where king Henry the 4th was born. Awesome view on the Seine River and Paris including the Eiffel tower at a distance. Good/average restaurant with correct staff. Large rooms with extra large beds. Easy access from Paris downtown with RER A (not convenient for a honeymoon night though )

Not only was the staff incredibly kind and helpful, but the rooms were impeccably clean. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely be back there. The bedding was soft and clean, linens stain free and smelling fresh.
