The food here is to die for, especially the Danish pancakes. The service was also excellent and we even called the manager to tell her how amazing her staff is. Lives up to the hype and we will definitely be back!
They should change the name to "Paula's World Famous and Incredible Pancake House." There is usually a wait because everyone wants to eat here. My daughter is dairy free because of a dairy allergy. We asked the waitress what breakfast products had dairy in them. Many breakfast places cook everything in butter, not here. They even had whole wheat pancakes that were dairy free! I had the buttermilk pancakes and my wife had the Danish pancakes. The entire meal was absolutely incredible and the service was amazing! They were packed when we were there and still had amazing service. If you go to Solvang, you have to eat here!
Great fresh breakfast, on our case a great spot to stop by on our way to Paso Robles. Never disappoints, great food and service. Paula's is long a staple in Solvang a must visit.

One of the most popular spots in Solvang, make sure you give yourself time because the wait can be long. The danish pancakes are delicious, the smoked salmon was a little salty for my taste but still great! The staff is great as well!

Open indoors and for outside seating. First come first served seating with no phone reservations. Ordered the pancake combo with sausage and eggs which came out pretty fast. The pancakes were soft and creamy with the blueberries and whipped cream mixed together. Worth the wait if you're into pancakes.
Pancakes were delicious and my favorite part of my breakfast. Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Definitely going to come again
