Do not recommend this company. I was just driving on the freeway and one of the drivers was driving erratically and break really hard like if he wants me to hit him and I had kids in my car I don t know what this guys problem was but he didn t know that my company uses them and because of this incident were no longer using this company. I don t know the drivers name because I didn t recognize the guys. But here s the license plate number I got this morning B59382U. I don t get how we re supposed to trust them. I have a picture of the driver but it won t let me upload it otherwise I would.

This is a top notch company that works hard at making sure the property and people are protected from fires. They do both commercial and home fire sprinkler systems. They are professional and work hard to provide the best service out there. They do sprinkler system inspections, as well as repair and maintenance of currently installed systems. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They will work hard to make sure that as a business customer, your system is up to date and will properly function if needed to protect your property. They will even reach out to you to remind you when your next inspection is due and work with you to make it happen. If you are new customer to them and in need of an inspection, they will do what they can to assist you. As for their design and installation, they are one of the top ones in the Pacific Northwest. They work to make sure that you the customer come first and provide you with the best out there.

These folks ran the fire alarm in my building, without notice, for many minutes on end. My animals had nowhere to run except under the bed. I went out in the hallway and there was nobody checking anything; just fire alarm. Fire truck came to property, presumably bc they weren't communicated with either. I've lived in apartments for years, and have never experienced anything even remotely like this. Lazy, rude and unprofessional.

It's better when it's open and I can get a nice meal. I've been going there since 1968. Love it

Had a long standing scheduled checkup for my residential system. On the appointment day nobody showed or bothered contacting me and my request for an explanation was met with silence
