In the past, I had very few issues with this company. However, with an order last year in the amount of almost $40,000 for our school, I was disappointed at the lack of customer support and the lack of organization of the lab supplies. Electronic labs are not easy to find when needed, are difficult to download to the devices when I do find them, and are sometimes difficult to operate. I have tried contacting customer service in the past to simply be told to go to YouTube and watch videos place there by PASCO. With very little time to spare in my day, this has made using the equipment practically worthless.

If it easy to use, then it is great. Software adopted in 29 languages it is important to teachers to study technology in their own language. It is perfectly suite for Android devices and export data to Google drive.
