Easy place to buy a car. Everyone was fair and easy to deal with. Only gripe is their $3K credit card limit.

I originally had a 5 star review here because after several sour encounters with my local Cadillac dealer over the past 20 years, I found my last Cadillac purchase via Patrick Cadillac and first few years of service a breath of fresh air in comparison and I was glad to drive the extra distance because of it. However it is time to buy a new Cadillac and my last service encounter with Patrick was a very sour experience, so I am now realizing that when dealing with a car dealership, one is just about the same as another, so I might as well go with whichever one is closer.

Polite sales rep. Bought used. All staff were friendly. Felt happy with the deal. Would buy from again.

Like the service guys they are very helpful. My car is not to old not to new and still take care of it no matter what. These guys must be professionals because I take my car for service. Cadillacs are very complicated to be fixed and these guys handle all the pressure. The reason why I rated a 4 star and not a 5 was because the female that works in the service are not to sure what her name is but she works in the desk behind the service guys in the service office and she seemed to be laughing at me after a service guy asked me something . Rude, but other than that this place is great.

Few hiccups with a purchase and service. Confrontational service and finance staff when calling in. Overall, a sad and disappointing experience at purchasing an otherwise awesome car.
